Very bad experience called about a part and told me it would fit my car gets my vin and everything so I assume it would be correct but no I got in to get my part and have it-installed and it doesn't fit. I go back to return and they ask for my vin again and make me waste my time guy in the parts department has to really brush up on his knowledge because he was not helpful at all had to call his manager to actually help me out I’ll be going to a different location from now on thanks to this situation!! thanks for nothing parts department for making me waste my time, money and gas.

They did a fantastic job, otherwise we wouldn't have driven 3 1/2 hours each way to get the vehicle we wanted and without the arrogance we had encountered with other Toyota dealerships in our area. They treated us with respect and courtesy and made the experience as "painless as possible!" They were given challenges and worked with us to ensure as smooth as possible the purchase. Christina, Bob and Joshua were who we dealt with and we are extremely happy on our purchase. It was worth the drive.

One of the best car purchase I ever had... Amazing price, most of the deal was done on the phone/email, with little effect, cause I live far away... Paul C took care of me... Price was amazing and least 4 days of looking at other dealers all over Florida, they destroyed them all in price/service, plus I didn't have to haggle at all. It was that good, that I didn't want lose the deal at all and have someone else pick up the ride. I do serious shopping when I car shop, Also easily will and did drive 3.5 hours to pick it up a car and there zero surprises. Even slightly less on the discussed price. Could not find any con in the slightest. Maybe offer a water when you arrive, that I remember (which I didn't need). If that's the only fault at a dealership. That's a winner, hook line and sinker.... Will look to them for my next ride when I need.purchase Again Zero Regrets on the , dealer and Price. Thank You Again, Chris L

I purchased a 2021 4Runner in November 2020 and after I left the dealership, I noticed the tire pressure was from 28 to 32 pounds. When I brought the car in for service, I asked that they check the tire pressure, they told me they did, that it was different between the tires. What they didn't do, was fix it!!! How hard is it to add air to a tire? Because I live 20 minutes from the dealership, I decided to buy a tire pressure gauge and put the appropriate amount of air in each tire. My car indicates the amount of tire pressure in each tire, now it is correct, but I am more than disappointed in Autonation for not doing this.

Our sales associate, Josh N, was professional and polite. He worked with us to make the sale, but did not pressure us to buy. We went there knowing what we wanted and how much we should pay, so being prepared is a must. We leased our Highlander Limited. The first offer was a lease payment considerably higher than the deal we worked out. Josh made multiple trips to his manager, but returned quickly with a response. I gave 5 stars because I know this is a reflection on his performance and I would highly recommend him based on his customer service and knowledge of the vehicles. The finance part is another story. It is my understanding they were short staffed in the finance department that evening so waiting was not a problem. We waited around 2 hours to meet with Richard in finance. The dealership had closed for the day. (Josh waited with us which we appreciated). I should also mention that Josh wore his mask the entire time he worked with us. In fact, everyone wore a mask, except for Richard. We had to sit in his little office for about 30 minutes. We wore our masks the entire time. Not Richard. No mask and no offer to put a mask on. We know it was late, but it was not our fault that we were there well past business hours. Richard was just pushed papers in front of me and told me to sign. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to take time to read what I was signing and came across as condescending when I refused a service agreement he tried to slip into the deal. We can deal with the condescension but him not wearing a mask, during this time of Covid, was disrespectful to us and did not set a good example for the business.

This was one of the worst experiences in a dealership. I called to make an appointment for new windshield wipers and a new battery. I arrived at 10 am (My appointment time). I was informed that it would be 2 hours. A long time but okay. My husband and I walked around for a while and received a call at noon stating they had to go pick up the battery and it would be another hour. We spoke with 2 different managers to be informed that they couldn't pick the battery up until noon and it was on its way back. Meanwhile my car was sitting outside of the service center the entire time. After 3 hours I saw it sitting there. Was told once again that it would be another hour. So after sitting for 4 hours I finally got my car finished. My complaint is that I sat there for 4 hours waiting on something that they knew wouldn't be back until after 1 when I could have used my own car to have went to lunch or somewhere besides sitting there. The complete failure to acknowledge that I was just sitting there and could have easily left and returned when they had the battery. Also my appointment was for a BATTERY. Shouldn't they have made sure it was in stock???

When offered Excess Wear and Tear Protection from Autonation run from the building immediately. I paid over $400 for such insurance and was told it would cover up to five events up to $1000 each. Nobody bothered to tell me if a dent cost $1100 to fix you get nothing. Being a rational person i thought you would get $1000 and then pay the extra $100 myself. I was wrong! Not only that but Toyota, in my opinion, seems to conveniently price each dent well over a $1000 when it would cost $300 to $600 at yr local body shop. Make sure you get a Toyota inspection of yr car Before you drop it off so you can get minor dents repaired at a fair price. AutoNation if I could give you a ZERO I would.

I was extremely disappointed with the service department because they called ME to set up my first annual visit for routine maintenance. I asked for an early time so there wasn’t a long delay in their customers. I was told people with appointments get preference, but after checking in, I was promised car would be done in an hour, but after 1,5 hours my car still hadn’t even been checked yet, and waiting room was filled with people! Was two hours for something that really only took ten minutes for them to perform.

Poor experience. Most places will fix a flat for free, not here! Get ready to pay $43. Never mind I just spent 40,000+ on a car two months ago. Not only that, they have two service centers, so get ready to wait extra long if you pick the wrong one. The lady taking cars at one of them was rude about it too. Not buying another car from you!

Took an hour and a half for oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance checklist. Car wash was broken. Well, I guess that happens, I just wonder why a repair shop couldn't fix it. HOWEVER, Jiffy Lube at least teaches the maintenance personnel how to clean the bugs off the windshield rather than just leave them there. When I asked what can be done about that spare tire (the one under the car that takes forever to crank down to access) that loses pressure so that the low pressure light comes on every few months, I was told I have to just add air to it. They did do that, but next time it's my turn.

Overall, our experience at Auto Nation Fort Myers was a positive one. Our salesperson, Brieanna Rau, was professional, personable and sensitive to our needs. The final purchase experience at delivery could have been more streamlined, however. Over three hours in a car dealership to close the deal seems unnecessary.

On behalf of Allison, the experience of her buying her first car at the age of 18,, and also a new 2021' vehicle was unbelievable . My stepdaughter was expecting to just get a used vehicle and was excited to hear that it would not be a used but a brand new 2021'. She has worked so hard and continues to work very hard in her schooling . With a 5-GPA. , my wife and I are very proud of her. , and is well deserving of a new vehicle.. So with that said i want to give a big thank you to Bernard Edwards , (GO OHIO STATE!),, And Jeremy Smith, for making this run smooth.. There was a few HICK-UPS,, but all in all no complaints. Our experience with AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 was miserable. Their treatment of us as customers was unprofessional and rude. We had responded to an internet advertisement for a used Mercedes Benz. We called on Monday and made an appointment with "Josh" to see the car the following day (today). After driving for 45 minutes we called to say we were five minutes away and he said he'd have the car ready and be waiting for us. When we arrived, he wasn't there and we sat in Josh's office for 20 minutes while they went to find him. He and the Used Car Manager showed up and with no apology, hurriedly informed us that we could not drive the car but, only look at the car because it had not yet been " prepped", meaning that we'd have to come back tomorrow if we actually wanted to drive it! This is after a 45 minute drive to get there and 20 minute wait for him to show up. Josh then took us to another facility down the road to see the car. We found the car but, of course, Josh forgot the keys so we had another wait while he found them. We finally got into the car (a convertible) and asked if we could see how the top worked. Well it did not which was the same for some other normal functions. We said thank you and left. We received NO apology for making us wait, NO apology for suggesting that if we wanted a test drive we'd have to come back at a later date. NO apology for advertising a car that was NOT checked out by the dealership and, NO apology for showing us a car with a convertible top that would NOT work. A professional sales staff would have made all of these issues clear during our telephone conversation of the previous day before asking a customer to drive 45 minutes to see a car that was broken and that we could not drive. You will note below how they responded. My response and suggestion to them would be to hire responsible sales people who have manners.

I made an appt days ahead. I get there early. I am told it will be a 90 minute wait for an oil change. I shared my thoughts on this. I went into the lobby and sat for 15 minutes. My car still sat there never taken in. So, I went to the agent and said I'm taking my car and leaving. I went sonewhere else. I was there, in and out, in 20 minutes...never even had to get out of my car. Highly unlikely I'll ever take a vehicle back to service at Auto Nation Toyota. No sense of urgency.

At first my experience with Autonation Toyota was good. I felt my sale associate Diego was going a little fast. It seamed like he just wanted to make a sale. I have previous experience in Toyota Sales and was a top sales associate at my dealership. That is not how we did things. After we found a vehicle and had it brought in from another dealership the back up camera didnt work and I was told they would take care of it. When i took it back to service on Monday they had no idea why I was there and ant took all day to get approval to get it fixed. This should have been taken care of prior to me arriving.

Typically I have terrible experiences at dealerships. Buying a car is intimidating and overwhelming. This was the first time in years of financing cars that I had a salesmen who wasn’t pushy, aggressive or arrogant. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond for comfortable and easy process. I give him 5 stars. Service was great, I spent over $250.00. the disappointment I have is the following week I received a coupon in the email for $30.00 off any service over $150.00. I could use that $30.00. Anyway I can apply that coupon. it is only a couple of weeks since I did the service. I could have waited if I knew it was coming. The service was good-in and out in an hour, made my doctor's appointment.

The service and the people communication was terrible, first the car guy receiver he never listen that only want my OIL change, so when I get back to pick up my car they never change the oil, just they rotate my wheels, so I ask again for change my OIL and I left the car for 2nd time, in the afternoon when I went to pick up my car the windshield was broken I talked with the manager and he check with the mechanic and they said to me that they received the car like that but the first guy in the morning get my car in good condition and nothing was broken. So in conclusion I spent all day from 8 AM till 5 PM for one only OIL change service and I also get my car with my windshield BROKEN and the TOYOTA dealer and his manager said to me that they don’t go to pay nothing just they said find somebody for fixed or just call your insurance. I NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS DEALER FOR ANYONE
