Raymond Ravencrest did a fantastic job. He was attentive, thorough and respectful at all times. I would request his services again the next time I choose to buy a new car. Raymond went over and above to meet our needs. I highly recommend AutoNation of Toyota Fort Myers based on his service alone. He was extremely complimentary to the manager of the dealership, who is relatively new to that job, it seems. I am so grateful for the work that Raymond and his manager provided for us. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Richard Miller, on the other hand, was slow and made many mistakes. It took us 4 1/2 hours to take possession of our new vehicle-2 1/2 hours spent in his office with his attempting to get us financing. He kept blaming it on computer error. At the end of the 2 1/2 hours, it turns out he had entered both my husband's and my information under only one of our names, which is why the computer kept kicking it out. It was a painfully slow process, but I was patient and understanding throughout the time. People do make mistakes and we were eager to drive away in a new car. We chalked it up to a necessary experience to get our new car. But then, a week later, he called me and requested a copy of our living trust as the car we turned in was registered under the living trust. I informed him he didn't need the entire trust (which is massive), and asked what exactly he needed. Richard disagreed. I was to fax or email the entire trust ASAP, threatening that the transaction was not complete until I sent the whole trust to him . After telling him I would call our lawyer to obtain what he needed, he called back momentarily and told me he only needed the first page and signature page. Finally, to put this in perspective, the bank gave us an immediate pre-approval for 600k to buy a new house as our credit was 'impressive'. Please give Richard some further education. He's a liability to AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers with an otherwise pleasant experience. Hence, only four stars. Betty Bossaller

I went to both Toyota in Naples (where I live) & Ft Myers - looked at the same car, same model, same package everything. AutoNation in Ft Myers gave me the better deal BY FAR. Kevin L. is the salesman that helped me & I really appreciate his non-pushy, easy going, realistic nature about the whole process. First time I didn’t get annoyed with someone during a car buying process and I would definitely go back next time I need a new car!! They help you every step of the way, even after you leave with your new car they will check in with you and help you any way they can.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I had terrific help from Lisa! She showed me a handful of cars that she knew would fit exactly what I was looking for. I had some troubles with budgeting, and over 1000s questions. Thinking I was going to have to return the car I got help from Bill, Lisa and Brendan. Gillian provided the best customer service I have experienced in service at a dealership. She was kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I took my car to get checked for what I thought need urgent care and thankfully did not find anything wrong with it. I don't have a toyota, I just took it there out of convenience for my work schedule. But any service that my car ever needs, I will bring it to Toyota just because of Gillian. Words fall short to the great service she provided. If I had to pay a commission I would gladly give it all to her.

Took my 2005 Toyota in for service. Dan provided superior customer service; listening carefully to what I was concerned about. He contacted me after the car was surveyed, apprised me of the costs involved, and kept me up to date with where they were in servicing the car. It was an excellent experience! Added bonus was ability to have loaner car provided so my work schedule was not interrupted! Would highly recommend this company!

When I bought the car the salesman told me about features that the car did not have. He talked about the sensing cars ahead and when I asked where is that camera he pointed to the rear view mirror. I did not try to use the system until a few weeks after my purchase only to find that the system didn't exist in my car. I just bought 4 tires and was told I needed an alignment with the new tires. When I looked through the paperwork after I got home I realized I had nothing showing what kind of tires and no tire warranty. My boyfriend told me I didn't necessarily need an alignment just because I got new tires. The paperwork says "See Alignment Sheet Attached" but there is no such thing. I was probably ripped off again. Luckily I refused the air conditioning cleaning they wanted to do. I have called about the tire warranty and Alignment Sheet and was told it would be emailed to me.

Terrible experience. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment for an oil change. Was told by the customer advisor that service would take up to 1 1/2 hours to complete. The service took 3 hours, yes that is correct. 3 hours for a simple oil chance. Why have appointments if there is no accountability by the dealership to get you out in a reasonable amount of time? To make matters worse the charges were incorrect when paying for the service. This took additional time sorting through the disagreement. I left the dealership very disappointed.

This place has Horrible Customer Service. I called the day before to set up Service for my vehicle, being from out of city, was told that my " Appointment Time" was 3:15 pm. I arrived at around 2:45 pm sat in my car under the Service area for about 10 minutes no one came out to assist, I then went inside to one of the many Service kioks that were available stood there for another 15 minutes still no one came to assist. Went back to sit in car for another 5 minutes finally someone came out and proceeded out if order. After being checked in I was called 30 minutes later and was told that and I quote " Before I write up your paper work I want you to know that it's going to be 3 -3 1\2 hrs before we can get to your vehicle. I asked " are you kidding me you knew I was coming yesterday, my appointment was made then representative replied I just wanted you to know so that you aren't sitting wonder for 3-4 hrs. I told him that I would wait until I returned to my home city to have my maintenance done. Honestly ZERO STARS US WHAT THEY DESERV3.

I had an appointment for brake service. I arrived on time and said I would wait. After 6 hours of waiting I was told that they couldn't finish my car that day and I would have to come back the following day to pick it up. They did furnish me with a rental car at their expense but I was out the 6 hours I had waited plus 2 hours of commute time for an extra round trip home. In spite of the negatives, I would like to comments my service advisor Greg who couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. He definitely deserves commendation.

We asked for our regular customer service representative Tyler and were told he was off on our appointment date,We happened to see him at work and were sent with a different representative that didn't go over the service with us at all just had me sign papers when we first walked in and when the service was done. Tyler is very detailed when it comes to what's done to our vehicle whenever we get it service and We appreciate it that. We were on vacation At Sanibel island and our new Toyota Tacoma had a malfunction and told us to go to the dealer. I called all lines were busy. So I drove to the dealership. I was able to get in line for service. Sylvester helped ease my mind about having our car looked at and back to us the same day if the work was not significant. Unfortunately they do not have loaner vehicles so we had to rent a car for $35 to get around for the day. But other then that service was great. Workers were very helpful and present.

Had a second oil change with only 6062 miles on the car. It was in for the 12 month check up and the service person said the oil has to be changed every 6 months! What would I know? It took a little over 1 1/2 hours to change the oil and hopefully rotated the tires. The sticker in the window said my next appointment was today, Saturday, 4/24/21 and I would have another 1000 miles on the car. I do not understand! I only drove 6000 in 12 months where am I going to add 1000 miles in a few days. I received two phone messages that I had an appointment on Saturday! Out of courtesy I called to tell them I just had the car serviced! She sent me an email that things come up and it was ok to cancel. ??????? I don't understand that either. Nothing came up. I had just had service. What is the value of synthetic oil? Just asking for a friend.

The staff need to learn customer relations. Unfriendly! The one man who was very helpful was the mechanic who worked on my car. In addition, I should have been told at the time of making an appointment that there are 2 service areas. I went to the wrong one. At least I didn't need to drive around and wait to get into the "correct one."

OK I arrived at 6:30 because I knew they open at seven but I was surprised to see service advisor was there I got there at 6 AM he said pleasantly surprised. I had hit a traffic island very hard in my left front tire was at 17 pounds pressure. I also had seen a pool of liquid under the car thinking maybe I had punctured something underneath The advisor told me it was probably just water from the AC which turned out to be correct. Show the mechanic check to see if the wheels were in alignment were out of alignment and they were so I had a one alignment left on my alignment package which I used in the service advisor recommended that I balance the wheels which I did they were on sale for 60 bucks for all four tires. When I got home I googled tire balancing and definitely based on when I read it Google I was advised the right thing to do by balancing them. Service service advisor was very helpful, pleasant and easy to get along with I don’t know what else to say

Purchased a new 4Runner here recently. Overall, the experience was good and I felt I got a fair price on the vehicle I was shopping for compared to the dealership closer to home. Would like to shout out Daniel Rodriguez. Dan was the sales person who walked us through the process all day. He was patient, informative, and helpful while we test drove several vehicle trims. My wife and I appreciated his friendly and easy to talk to personality (and excellent lunch recommendation), as it took several hours sitting around the dealership to finalize the purchase.

At the outset, I must say this is review is long in coming. We bought our 2018 Highlander in December of 2017. There was an issue that we found with the car after we had picked it up. I contacted our salesman, Joe and it was sent to the service dept to resolve "after" the sale. A little concerned that it was to happen after the sale, my uneasiness was swiftly put at bay when we met Dan Dixon. He had the entire back console panel replaced due to a small scratch. He knew our satisfaction was all that mattered and he simply "made it happen"! Since then, we've had him handle servicing of this car and our 2007 Camry that we also purchased from Auto Nation Toyota. Dan is an absolute professional, an expert and a MASTER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The service work took exactly the amount of time it was supposed to have. I asked for a 30K mile check up with an oil change. I expected the total bill to be $100-$150 based on past experience. Little did I know they were going to change fluids in various parts of the car. When I receive the bill it was almost $500. Make sure you ask them what will be done to your vehicle and how much the different service will cost. Shocker.

Worried about being late and stacked behind many others , I showed up BEFORE the crack of dawn for a 7am appt. Dan ,my service guy, walked in his office ,got everything squared away and immediately came out and got started.I had prepaid for my services when I purchased my Highlander and there was no haggling about what was due me versus what I felt needed to be done.He showed me what services were due on my contract and also told me of a recall that I did not know of. He promised to get me out of there by 9:30 am with a new recall fuel pump and 3 services . I was able to balance all 3 of my checkbooks and read several chapters of my book while watching the sun rise. All in ALL a great experience and still had most of my day left.

No problems with the service itself just the length of time. Have a scheduled appointment at 8o’clock for an oil change. Takes three hours despite having a scheduled appointment. This happens every single time that you need service and have an appointment. Makes you not want to have your service done through Toyota. Our time is valuable as well
