This tayota dealership was great but even better was Kevin Laframboise. Check him out if you go there. He listens to you, gives you great service and what you are looking for. He went above and beyond for us and my wife sister. The overall place was great. The employees are nice and friendly. Positive energy and all smiles in the building.

My service attendant was prompt and gracious, but the (routine) service itself took over 3 1/2 hours and my vehicle arrived unwashed, which never happens when I have it serviced in Pittsburgh.

Zero Stars is what I wanted to put. But apparently that is not an option. It should be! They allowed my husband to return my leased car in my name without my notice. They sold him a car that was a total lemon...not safe to drive on the highway. They took it back, but I could not get my other car back. They said the one he purchased, aka the lemon, wasn't designed to go on the highway. Hmmm. Would have been nice to know since my husband drives to work and back on the highway and the engine light was on the next day. And the car had 4 different tires from 4 manufacturers. They insisted that they buyer should have done his homework better and they did nothing wrong. Then they hooked us up with a salesman who had worked there 1 week and couldn't answer any of my questions. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the only dealership in town. Weasels!

I have purchased several automobiles from various dealerships in the past. The experience at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers was by far the best. Lisa, the salesperson was efficient yet personable. The entire process was four hours and I drove out with my new car!! Way to go Lisa.

Poor follow up from sales. person. Scheduled time to see specific vehicles but when we arrived, none were available for us to see. Waited two hours and they never showed up ( the vans). Did find another vehicle which we chose to buy, but the cash transaction took two hours to get started). Made another appointment to pick up the new used vehicle two days later. The car was not ready and the Finance guy was not at work yet when we arrived. Waited another two hours!! The greeter was not wearing a mask, and when asked, told us she would put it on when people came in. I guess we’re not people. Finally, we were promised a second key and did not receive. Have sent two emails (one to salesperson Xynthia and one to main email account) and still no response. Have purchased dozens of vehicles over decades, and am truly disappointed in customer service at this dealership.

Negative experience with the used car department. Be ware they’ll try to sell you extended warranties, and above market price GAP insurance to increase the vehicle price and their profits. You’d be better off walking away.

The staff was professional and courteous. I did not have to wait
a long time, approximately 40 minutes. I was given the maintenance checklist with detailed explanations. Very pleased with the service.

20,000 mile service was scheduled at 4 PM, a very busy time. Took two hours, which they told me about beforehand. All very professional and satisfactory. Highly recommended. I will continue to have car serviced there.

Our salesman, Paul Columbus, not only knows his products, but he seems to sense what his customers really want to know about. The Highlander Platinum, which we asked for and bought, is so loaded with features, gizmos and technological wizardry, that it would take a month to explain and demo all. Paul, on two substantial test drives, was able to hit the highlights he believed would be of most interest and use to us and was just about right on for all. Also, the color we wanted turned out to be difficult to locate, Paul did not try to sell us other models or colors. He stood with us until we got what we wanted. The back office is another story. I'll say simply that it should not take four hours to complete transactional paperwork. Hence, I am holding back one star. James Buckley
