Service provided was fine, The only issue that I had was my appointment time was at 1:10 pm, finished with the Service Adviser at 1:35. The car didn’t go in to be serviced until after 2:00 pm, and was completed at 3:30. I feel that if you have an appointment it should be completed within a reasonable flat rate time. Time is valuable for you as well as me.

The personell are extremely helpful and courteous but the place needs either better coordination, more competent mechanics, or just more mechanics. I'm not sure where the fault lays with the time spent, but 4 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change seems too long in my opinion. There is definitely room for improvement.

Excellent service from service tech advisor. Routine maintenance check up was completed in a timely matter. The reason for the 4 Star: at the time of purchase of my 4Runner (March 2020) AutoNation stated that I had a lifetime of auto washing at any AutoNation Dealership and courteous shuttle service. The pandemic virus initially halted these services, but it has been over 1 year and still no auto washing service being performed. You would think AutoNation would give it's customer a voucher for a washing at another car wash. This is reflective in the 4 Star Rating.

I researched before I bought my (then) new Tacoma and I compared pricing from Tampa to West Palm Beach. Fort Myers beat everyone & made the transaction process almost effortless. I have been getting my vehicles serviced there for years now and have only once had an issue. My issue was the time it took to do my service, it was way longer than what it should have been. However there was a good reason for it as hurricane Irma was looming in the not to far distance. Most of their technicians had left early to vacate the area or taken off to prepare for the hurricane, being a first responder I had to stay and took for granted that others were leaving the area. I was emailed a questionnaire a week or so later which I filled out. Fort Myers Toyota contacted me within two hours of receiving my questionnaire wanting to make things right. They explained the situation and gave my vehicle a free detailing inside and out for my inconvenience. I was thankful for that as my Tacoma sat out in the hurricane and needed a good detailing. Based on their great pricing and good will I will continue to make all future new vehicle purchases from this dealership. I have had several services since then without any time constraint issues and they have always treated me good. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to pick up a new Toyota.

It has been seven weeks since I bought a car which I paid in full from this dealership and after almost two months still no license plates in sight...Salesperson won't return my texts and they won't follow up on any of my emails regarding this issue... What is the purpose of having a new car if it cannot be driven because the temp plate is expired and they won't issue a new one because "the person in charge of requesting the permanent plates will have to redo the paperwork again..." The only advice they give is to be patient and wait until they arrive...

Fanny was my salesperson, she went above and beyond expectations especially with how busy they are. I bought from out of state and she did a complete and accurate walk around video explaining features and showing me any minor imperfections. When questions arose she answered my texts quickly and efficiently even during off hours! On top of all of this she even picked up my parents who drove the car off the lot from the airport!!!!! I cannot ask for a better salesperson! Great work Fanny!

Car buying is not what I consider a pleasurable experience. My recent purchasing experience at Auto Nation Toyota in Ft Myers is as good as it gets. Our sales rep Diego was professional and personable. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed out the vehicles he had matching our needs. No pressure but he was there to answer all questions factually. Found the vehicle we wanted and met Jake, Finance Manager. Again could not have been better. Professional and respectful. Only criticism is they sold so many cars it took a while to process paperwork and payment. No haggling no lengthy discussions or sales pitches. Highly recommend!

They don’t understand the concept of appointments. I had an 11:35am scheduled service and 50 min later my car never even moved from the service entrance. Why would they continue to schedule clients if they don’t have the resources to complete a simple job? Schedule LESS vehicles and treat your customers better.

The absolute worst service center I’ve ever been to. We made an appointment for today (Tuesday) at 10:45 am. Middle of the week, while everyone is working. You would think we would be in and out pretty fast. Wrong. We got there early for a tire repair as there was a nail in one of the tires on our Camry. We ended up waiting a total of 3 hours and 25 minutes for basic service. They ended up needing to replace the whole tire which was fine and we knew this was going to be the case. The issue I have is the extremely long wait... FOR AN APPOINTMENT. We ended up missing an additional appointment we had in the afternoon. I have a Honda and go to my dealership for basic services when needed. I have only ever waiting an hour or less. Avoid this service center like the plague.

Internet Manager Great! Salesman Very Good. Follow thorough and paperwork AWUFUL!! AutoNation promises a check the same day they take your vehicle. Im owed a check for over $10,000.00 and apparently their office doesn't even have a request to create the check 5 days after they took my vehicle and the title. I have been back to the dealership 3 times. VERY VERY POOR!!! UPDATE GM did intervene and was able to have a check produced the same day he was made aware of the problem.

If buying a car, ask for Marcus, he's the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a car lot. Would rate the entire experience with the dealership a 3/5, however if I could just give a rating to the salesman (Marcus) in the used car department it would be a 5/5. He knew everything about the car top to bottom. He gave me a complete CarFax report and showed me all the past history of the vehicle which always makes me comfortable when looking for a new car. Also there was a no pressure approach from him, which you typically get at a car lot. I would buy a car from him any day.

Sylvester Jennings was a great service advisor. The services provided were also good however; when I take my auto in for service, I expect it to be returned without seat, radio or lights adjustments. It is rare for my seat to be in the same position as when I dropped my car off; rare for my radio station be unchanged and rare for my headlights to be left on for safety purposes. This service was no exception: seat had to be readjusted for my driving comfort, radio station changed to something I would never listen to and headlights turned off. Very annoying to me.

Liz the accessories manager was amazing I tried two different Toyota dealerships for my tires and lift on my Tacoma and couldn’t revive even a call back. Then I called Auto Nation and Liz took care of me right away. The work was done perfectly and she was extremely professional and courteous. Saved some money as well. I got a 2017 Toyota Camry Friday which I was told car wasn’t into any accidents or anything but I get to work Monday which I explained to them I’m a driver and was looking for something due to my cash paid car ac went out. got the Camry inspected & didn’t pass the hood wouldn’t let up the windshield had a crack in it & a couple more little things I did return the car & they offered me something else but I wouldn’t get nothing else from them due to me coming for something else in my budget I got talked into paying for something that was way over my price range they even put insurance on the car I brought in somebody else name & made up a phone number to contact me I would never go to them again Toyota is nothing like it use to be

My service manager Tina Becker is wonderful and responsive. I drive my car as a home care nurse and when I need service I cannot wait 2 weeks. I attempted 4 times to schedule a time and twice I never got a return call and twice I was hung up by the chat. This was very frustrating and finally got an appointment for 2 weeks ahead! You scheduling department is awful! I have been a customer for over 20 years but this may be the last vehicle I purchase with you.

I ordered a Limited Toyota Sienna hybrid on 4/30/21, and surprise, surprise, they located the exact Sienna I was looking for and on 5/5/21, it was delivered, and ready for me !!!! I have driven it now for 4 days, and I am loving every minute of it! There are some changes,I don't need DVD's for the rear entertainment system, just an HDMI cable!!! My grandkids love Grammy's car, I bring the drinks and snacks, and they watch a great movie, downloaded to my phone!!! This car has everything, you kick to open the doors, the driver's seat goes into place, when you start the car, the old stick shift is back, and a center console with 4 drink holders, 18 in all, as well as a phone charger and phone holders too!! Thank you Autonation Fort Myers for a great experience, and my salesmen Joey Sanjuan, and his boss Bob Feola did a great job....they found me exactly what I was looking for!!! I don't know how I am going to ever give this car up in 3 years!!!!

Had appointment for oil change and after waiting for 2 1/2 hours asked about my car...turns out they had not even pulled my car into bay....asked for manager but he couldn't give me answer why they hadn't gotten to my car. I have been using Toyota for 27 years.....my car isn't under warranty so I don't have to use Toyota for my oil change. Told manager to go get my car and that I would never us Toyota again.

My battery was basically dead. I showed up, no appointment and hoped I wouldn't have to sit there all day to get taken care of. I was helped by Francisco Rutt, Parts Manager who got me taken care of with the help of Dan, Service Advisor. I financed a brand new SUV from this location last week. My original experience over 2.5 years ago left me distraught and regretting the vehicle I leased. I did not feel good about how it went. However, I was recently contacted via e-mail about turning in my lease somewhat early due to positive equity in my truck, which I wanted to do--especially because it wasn't a call or multiple messages of bombardment. It seemed like the right time to give AutoNation a second chance. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Charles ("Scott") Hickman was such an easy-going guy and I am so grateful to have met him. I never felt uncomfortable or forced into my sale. There was no back and forth, he respected our privacy when I asked for a minute, and he listened to my needs while trying to get a price that worked for both parties. I left the dealership with a financed vehicle I feel GREAT about at the advertised promotional interest rate. If you feel you're having a bad experience, ask to meet with someone else--Scott has really shown me that there are good people in the business. Thanks a million, Scott!
