All the staff here are brilliant! Love the coffee and the cakes. They recommended the slice of Frasier and it's now one of my favourites to get when out and about. The takeaway lunch meal deal offers great value too!

This place is better than any coffee shop or bakery I have ever been to!
I love bitter and rich hot chocolates, and this one was both.
The croissant was fresh as you can get: light, crispy, melt in your mouth and considering the price Starbucks and Costa charge for pre bought items, the little bakery is excellent value for money.
The display has been full of lovely looking pastries, and the manager Kamil couldn't be more helpful.
I think I have found my new favorite spot!

I absolutely love everything about Paul's! Their food is tremendous, their drinks are rich and flavoursome and their customer service is outstanding. Flush entrance so easily accessible for wheelchair users, the staff are extremely accomodating when moving tables for you to access disabled toilet and they are more than happy to assist you with getting your purchase to the table if you so require. I 100% recommend you visit.

A really lovely place to grab a coffee and a croissant, everything is made fresh and the coffee is very good. This place is also very COVID friendly (not something I want to review on, but they were on it with track and trace and sanitising all the tables after someone had used it, including the pen!!!). Highly recommend for either dining in or taking out.

Latte and almond croissant are perfect. Sadly the table we sat at was dirty and sticky.
The seats were covered in crumbs too.

Tasty food, reasonably priced. Quick friendly service. Tables are slightly crowded but there are plenty outside if it's not too chilly. Clean bathroom. Delicious cakes especially the beignets!

We went to Paul for some bread and a pastry. We were served by Saif and Isabel, which were very nice and friendly. The green marzipan and strawberry cake was delicious, as well as the bread. Thank you guys, you made our day!

What has happened to this place? A tuna roll with more mayo then tuna, all placed at front of roll with no filling at the back. Staff joking amongst themselves and barely acknowledging customers. Please can we have the old Paul's back. Trading is difficult enough without scoring an own goal.

I am guessing the manager Bruno, extremely rude to the other member of staff working (15.10.19) could tell she were a trainee. Give her constructive help not just say she is doing everything wrong and laughing at her. Good luck to her, she should be manager and hope she will be a manager when she is ready. Bruno needs extra training

Just ate here and boy was I disappointed. Rude staff sat and ignored me and my partner for about 5 minutes and then we was served by a man with a huge chip on his shoulder. This is a very underwhelming cafe and the prices are a joke.
Not to mention the food was boring and HARD
Better off going to cafe nero 10 seconds away.

Love the bread croissant cakes....they are the closest you'll get to a French patisserie in Kingston... sadly a few of the rude staff also fall into a typical French behaviour. When Magda ran it about 10 years ago it was brilliant ...

I have eaten in Paul in France and I have to say that Paul in Kingston transports me right back there.
Had coffee & pastry with my mother and, unprompted, she said "it feels just like being in France" - so it's not just me!
Coffee is good and strong.
Excellent, wide range of food - sandwiches, soup, pastries, cakes (as far as I recall, it's the same range as in Montpelier)
Even the service has the same degree of rude efficiency that you'd receive in la belle France.

Very ruth staff , the price are not listed and if you ask about price or the product about you like to buy they don't answer you nice.
Because I spend 30 pounds the sandwich was dry the cake same and coffee the France guy give just hot milk I Complain I get another one.

Very nice cakes, breads, croissants, baguettes, and the hot chocolate is proper melted chocolate, my wife loves it! (a bit heavy for my taste) Staff now more friendly than before. I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

I always go out of my way to visit Paul Restaurant Kingston because the place has a wide variety ,diversity and excellent selection of pastries, cakes , sandwiches,sweets , hot/cold beverages at all times during the day or evening.I remember to browse to and login into online website address to check for points on loyalty card and collect/print fabulous voucher offers for next time.
