For service, ask for Mark! Phil Long Ford Motor City restored my faith in the Phil Long name after my absolute worst experience at Chapel Hills. I took my wife’s Ford Edge in to check out the turbo as I suspected the bearing on the turbo went out. They confirmed my suspicion and was covered under warranty. Mark took care of us from beginning to end. He arranged a rental and made sure everything was taken care of. It took longer than expected, but didn’t impact us as we kept the rental. Once I did pick it up, I noticed oil streaked on the bumper and fender. Sent a picture to Mark and they gave it a full exterior detail and oil change! To add, the shuttle was taking a while so Mark arranged a Lyft to take me home. Definitely recommend and will very likely be purchasing my next car through them.

End of 2020, spent 3K on front end and all suspension (and other maintenance issues - all fluids, etc.) on late model E150 passenger van w/ ~ 140K miles. The 3K was 1K more than estimate. The maintenance person I initially worked with, Jamison?, left. This made my frustration / complaining about the 1K very difficult (texts / emails ignored). But van was not fixed: First drive down I-25 - grinding from rear end, fluid sprayed over a rear wheel, and alignment way off (steering wheel crooked and van pulled). Took van back (2nd time) and it took a week+ to fix issue (a bad axle). Axle was fixed but alignment was STILL off. Took van back (3rd time) to fix alignment. Next, noticed leaking gear fluid on driveway. Took back (4th time). "Two of the bolts were not tightened properly" on the rear differential cover. There was no charge for all subsequent repairs (2 - 4) but... The time and $ spent on this was over the top. I suppose I will still take van to Phil Long Motor City for oil changes but that's it (something was clearly 'off' with their ability to fix my van correctly; some of these mistakes resulted in safety issues). Major kudos, however, to my second service professional - Will. He knows his stuff for sure, and was a pleasure to work with.

Repeat customer now. Two years ago I bought a ford focus for a great deal, the sales experience was awesome. After that had great services from the their maintenance department, and have had nothing but good experiences (and popcorn) on days I get service on my vehicle. I decided to upgrade and traded my focus for an SUV and that was just as good of an experience and highly recommend Phil long for your needs.

Service center was over booked and it took 4 hours to even get to my car even though I had an appointment scheduled at 11am which I was on time for. Upon arriving there was a line of people which I over heard at least 3 of them saying they all had an appointment at 11 as well. Always one of this places biggest downfalls is how long the service takes. Given that, the work was good and they were clear on explaining the problems and what they needed to do to fix them.

I needed 4 new tires. I went to another tire place and they quoted me over $900. I called Jose Lopez at Ford quick lane and he found me better tires at a $200 savings. He got me in the next day and the tires were put on in a timely manner. I have had a wonderful experience at the Ford Quick Lane. I will continue to bring my car in for maintenance and other repairs!!!

Bought used 2018 F-150 from salesman Terry Bassett and Michael Haskins sales manager. Both great to work with. The truck had holes in floor of the bed from previous owner having a 5th wheel. Mr. Haskins said they would have Dom Evans in customs to fill in holes and spray in a bed liner. We told Dom when we dropped off truck what needed to be done. It came back with the holes still there .Dom said he was never told about the holes. Had to set up another day for Dom to redo the liner, still not taking responsibility for his mistake. Terry , Michael ,David Preaser in extended warranty,and salesman Jeremy White are great.. Stay clear of Dom if you want a great experience.

The previous vehicle i had was starting down the path of problems continuously. In fact i went to service to find out what the issue was. The cost was prohibitive. Plus the extend warranty did not cover. I wasn't planning that day to purchase a new vehicle. I sent to sales. Found Beau a salesman, told him my situation. Beau took my information, told him what I could do financially. He was able to find a solution, .Beau in sales and David in finance went above and beyond to help me. Hats Off to "Bradley Guye" - Sales. He was extremely helpful as our salesman during this Covid infested market with the nationwide shortages of inventory, computer chips at a standstill, lots of uncertainty. These people are rip offs.they will take your down payment money tell you your approved let you take the car home just to make sure you have driven around some just to call and say oh we can't get you financed so bring back in the car and we are going to keep your money that you slaved for just so you can't go anywhere else to get a car, cause we basically stole your money.they did nothing but lie to us from the beginning of the show they put on and one of their dealers ran our credit with out any kind of permission from neither me or my wife.which is going to be reported too the right federal and state agencies.like I said this would have been the 2nd car we bought from them in 6 months with plans for one more.wont happen I will not even consider buying a car from them again and anyone who is thinking about buying a car from them I'd say shop around you most likely can do much better.

My wife and I had a great experience here. I was hesitant to go back because the place screwed me over and gave me a 14 percent interest rate when I had good credit and put a $1000 down a few years back However, this time we got Andy as our helper and he truly listened to us and the fact that we didn't need a car but were interested in looking at upgrades to my Canyon. Andy truly cares about the customer unlike the guys trying to sell the new Shelby Mustangs and trucks at the dealership. Avoid those salesman, they don't care about you like Andy does. This is a great dealership and if I were you, I would request Andy by name, to be your salesman. I am very satisfied with my new Chevy Silverado that Andy helped me land. Thank you again.

Service Center...while traveling (800 miles from home) had brake problems with our F-350. They agreed to take a look at it next day, even tho their schedule was booked out a week+....they had parts on hand and were able to do the $900 service required and we were able to resume our trip with surprising minimal delay. Appreciate their willingness to fit us in when we were flatly refused at other area service centers. Definitely recommend!

The Phil Long dealership made this offer to me and I thought wow they want to give me a trade allowance and then add the total price of my loan pay off making it to where in MY MIND the dealership gets my car for free. After our Escape was totaled in a rear-end collision, we started researching options for a replacement vehicle. Initially, we reached out to all of the local Ford dealerships and a few non-Ford dealers, as well. In the process, we started working with Aaron Berger in the Internet Sales department. Almost immediately, it was clear that he was the only sales person we wanted to deal with. He has been very responsive to e-mails, texts, and phone calls, and most importantly, he's been incredibly patient while we try to select a vehicle to replace our previous Escape (we love our Fords, and we have high standards when shopping for a new one). Aaron is helpful and sincere, and not the least bit high-pressure. We don't appreciate the typical high-pressure sales tactics that most car dealerships use, so we were very fortunate to have stumbled upon Aaron. Although we still have yet to decide on which replacement vehicle to purchase, one thing is definite -- when the time comes, we will be working with Aaron.
