Everyone I worked with here was exceptional. Brooke especially helped me in a difficult situation with my car. I had car trouble while in Colorado Springs a few months ago, and I couldn’t have taken my car to a better place. The work that was done to help me out was above and beyond. I want to drive 1.5 hours from where I live to have these wonderful people work on my car. I just couldn’t be more grateful. My husband and I woke up on Saturday morning determined to trade in our car. By the time we arrived we already knew how much we wanted to ask for our trade in, which car on the lot we wanted to drive home, and what we wanted our payments to be. The only struggle was getting there ????. However, Mike was more than up to the challenge. He was very easy to work with, he was on our side, and he absolutely delivered. He offered a professional salesman attitude, polite and engaging small-talk, and a determination to make the sale good for everyone. Since my Ford Escape wasn't throwing any codes it made it difficult to diagnose the problems that I was having with it. On the second try there were finally enough issues that lead I and the service techs to evaluate the transmission. At last the problem was diagnosed. A replacement transmission was needed and the team got on it. They had my car for about a week in order to get parts and everything in and when I got it back it ran great. All the problems were gone. Brandon and the service manager worked hard on this one since it wasn't a clear cut issue and no codes. Thanks everyone!

Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs were wonderful to work with. I researched online at their inventory and found a vehicle. Lindsay Porter and Christina Wilcox kept in touch and gave me information on the vehicle. We discussed buying options. This was on a Saturday afternoon. They emailed applications and by Monday we were ready to test drive. Beau helped show us the vehicle. Derek the sales manager was instrumental in sealing the deal. It was a pleasure to work with all of you. I recommend them highly. We would drive the 5 hours to purchase another vehicle from them in a heart beat! Thank you

I went to Phil Long Lincoln and got my MINI Coupe Countryman. I absolutely love it! Derrick made the process as easy and with as little stress as possible I got my car in as little as four hours. The only issue a have was my key fob does not lock or unlock my car so it makes things a little bit sketchy whenever I take it to public places. I also never received a key for my storage container on top of my mini however they said that they would get a key made if they couldn't find it. I'm still waiting on a response for that. Derek was amazing I would go back to him for all of my car needs. As soon as I get my keys what's my review will go from 3 stars to five stars!

Great People - Christina worked really hard to find the vehicle I was looking for and had it shipped to us. Great discounts and dealer incentives. Austin and Gabe did a great job of keeping me informed of the process and answered all my questions. I am always concerned about last minute add-ons - Not a problems. Richard found a better interest rate than my bank could offer. Gabe did a great job at delivery explaining how everything worked. To sum things up: I had an offer for a vehicle in my city on a baseline F-150 with a 301A package. It didn't even have running boards. With the discounts and incentives I was able to upgrade to a 302A package with a lot of extras for only about $650 more. - I'm glad I did. Everyone was friendly and worked well together. I would recommend Phil Long to anyone in my city who is looking to buy an new or used vehicle.

I have been looking to get a Ford Explorer for some time. I was on my 3rd weekend visiting dealerships and at my 4th on that day. I had just about given up. Luckily I didn’t. When my husband and I arrived at Phil Long Motor City, we were greeted by Mike. He listened to what we were looking for and kindly handed us off to Andy. Andy was attentive and upbeat. He showed us a few different options in our price range. Andy went above and beyond to check different lots and didn’t pressure us to get into something else or encourage us to spend more money. He took his time, showed us what our possibilities were then showed us the Explorer we had been looking for! We truly appreciate the kindness and positive attitude we were shown. We walked out the door in our Explorer and now we have Andy looking for a truck for my husband. We will refer Andy to our friends and family! Thanks again!

They followed up with me and took great care of my Ranger when I recently brought it in for service. I took my Ford 150 in because the heating system stop functioning. Once I arrived to Phil Long I pulled up to the service lane and had no delays in pulling in out of the cold. I was greeted by a representative that directed me to my service repair representative, Brandon. Again, no delay in the vehicle turn in process, which made the service first class. Malfunction was repaired at an unbeatable rate and I won't hesitate to take vehicle back in the future.

I’ll keep it simple, once you get here ask for ANDY, H. I didn’t believe I’ll find my dream TRUCK on the first attempt with a very affordable monthly payment. They also gave an amazing deal on my trade off. Andy listens and gives you options, he also works with your financial constraints. Be honest with him and lay all your cards out and come thanks me later????. Michael, the manager is also awesome. I had an issue with the vehicle I wanted to trade and I still worked away with a new F150.

As you may know looking for a car is easy, getting approved is the test of your faith! I've been trying to purchase a vehicle for a year now! ( ENTIRE YEAR) I've had my credit team so much it was ridiculous, and never walked away with a car. A friend of mine encouraged me to give Phil long a try...I did! The gentleman that helped me name was Ben. Ben was SUPERLATIVE! Ben's calm, cool and collective demeanor made this process 100% smoother than I ever anticipated. When first speaking to Ben my anxiety was on 20! After being slapped around by places like CarMax and Carvana.( by the way stay a away from both of them they are horrible) Ben was perfectly honest with me. Me being a first time car buyer he explained some things that NO ONE ELSE IN HIS PROFESSION HAS DONE IN A ENTIRE YEAR! This is a man that knows his job and he did it expeditiously, less than 2 hours Ben had me in my new car! Thank you Ben Wilcox for being superlative at what you do!

We looked at six mid-sized small trucks and narrowed the decision down to the Ford Ranger and the Toyota Tacoma. After hours of online research, numerous test drives and discussions with family and friends, we decided on the Ranger. The four cylinder turbo on the Ranger had more get up and go and torque than the 6V of the Tacoma and the ride was much more comfortable then the Toyota. We plan on pulling a small tear drop trailer across country and the comfort options and the towing capacity of the Ranger were impressive. I currently have a Toyota with over 300,000 miles so the reliability of the Tacoma was a great consideration; however, in the end, we felt the Ranger fit our needs better and the sales department’s soft sales approach (Ford) certainly made our decision easier compared to the Toyota dealership. They listened to our needs and concerns and were very pro-active In garnering a fair deal with the options we required. We’d recommend giving Phil Long Ford an opportunity to serve your vehicle needs. Pam and Mike

I was nervous to get my newly purchased vehicle an oil change, from anyone besides my dad. He's great at it but he's getting older and his hands aren't up for the labor involved. So, I looked around online for a locally owned and independent shop. Still, very leery on that idea. I decided to take it to the dealership I made my purchase at. I spoke to Sandra and she was very friendly and was able to get me in that same week. I had a few questions so she transferred me to the another person, who gave me all the info I needed. I was quoted about $50 for the service. It would cost about that at home anyway so I was good with it. On the day of, I spoke to Cassandra and she was really nice and helpful. Since it was my first time there, she made it a smooth experience. She said it would be about an hour so, I left to run errands. She sent me a text that I could watch a live stream of the service being performed and that I could contact her directly by replying to the text. It was but an hour later that she called and gave me a brief description on what the findings were and to let me know my car was ready. She said she was there until 6, so anytime would be fine. When I arrived, she was speedy to get my keys, she even walked me to my car and explained the invoice. I was also surprised to find out that my bill was only $44 in the end. I am so glad I made the choice to go to Quick Lane at Motor City. I will be referring my friends and family for sure. If I could give more stars, I would!

I was initially a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from the dealership as I normally purchase directly from the previous owners. I went to Phil Long just to see their used vehicle selection and a salesman named Jeremy came out in the cold snow to meet my wife and son and I. Jeremy was great. Though Phil Long didn't have the Acura MDX or Toyota 4runner I was looking for, Jeremy encouraged me to test drive a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. I did, and I LOVE my new Explorer. It's the most powerful and fun car I've ever owned. The twin turbo EcoBoost engine is nuts. I also purchased some add on items, including the clear bra, ceramic coating, and window tinting. Jeremy's customer service was outstanding, but once the vehicle went back in for the add on items, Dom Evans took over as my contact with Phil Long. The reason I'm even writing this ad is because of my experience in dealing with Dom. I have not experienced customer service like what I've enjoyed through Dom. There was a hic-up with one of the items I purchased as an add on, which has been successfully taken care of (and my Explorer Sport is absolutely perfect), but the thing that stood out to me was Dom's professionalism and his personal interest in making absolutely certain that my vehicle was exactly the way I wanted it. I am a little picky with it, because it's the nicest and most fun vehicle I've owned, and it's gorgeous, but the bottom line is that in a situation where I know a lot of other companies would have told me that's what I get and sent me on my way, Dom went above and beyond and really only cared that I was 100% satisfied. Based on my experience dealing with Phil Long and their staff, I will not purchase another vehicle outside of their dealership group. You don't find people like Dom very often in corporate America today. I could not be happier with my vehicle and my experience in dealing with Phil Long Ford and their team. I will always highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

We just worked with Brice Kerlin to purchase a used Toyota Tacoma. It was a great experience. He had the truck looked over when I don't think that was going to be part of the deal. It was all good news. When we went to do the paper work and take the truck it only took us 30 minutes. He had everything taken care of and my son drove off in his new/used vehicle.

Took my truck here to get my oil changed and tires rotated using my coupon book and couldn’t have asked for a better service rep to work with. Jose Lopez took me in right away on a busy morning and ensured I had all my info up to date and notified me that my truck was due for its 60,000 mile service but did not try to pressure me to do it immediately like some reps in the past. Due to some previous experiences, I asked Jose if I could watch my truck being worked on and he ensured the mechanics worked on my truck in the bay with a window so I can get a clear view of my truck the entire time. Needless to say, Jose took great care of me and the service techs at Phil Long Motor City did great work in an expedient manner. Thanks Phil Long!

There was zero pressure from start to finish. I had done my homework about the vehicle we wanted and let the salesman(Terry) know what features we wanted in an F250/350. Originally we were looking at pre-owned versus new due to price. However once we actually got there looking at trucks we realized there wasnt much difference in pricing. They gave us all of our financial options once we settled on a truck style and package. They didnt have what we wanted so the dealership worked for 4 days to locate us what we were looking for. Terry, called us and told us he found us one finally. The Financial guy, called me up and gave me different extended warranty options and told me to just let him know which one we wanted to go with. Ince we decided we let him know and we went in to sign for everything. Overall it was an amazing experience. I've had some truly horror stories from dealerships in the past. Thank you Terry and crew. Room for improvement on customer invoice. When receiving services eligible for discounts, the customer invoice lacks clarity. The discounts with amounts are specified in the description portion of the invoice but absent from the summary/totals section so it is impossible to see if and how the discounts were actually considered. When asked, the service staff could not explain it and the explanation from the Service Manager was that the discounts were subtracted from the Shop Supplies though nothing on the invoice reflects this. As a customer interested in a detailed accounting/understanding of where my money goes, I hope this organization can insert this clarity on the customer invoice. I write this note because I was not convinced that any changes to the invoice will be made.

We live in North Dakota. My son found his perfect truck at Phil Long Ford. Nicole worked with us to ensure that this truck was to be his truck. She bent over backwards to accommodate us. We drove over 1000 miles to make this deal. We have never been treated better at any other car dealership. Brice was the person who did the final walk through with our son.
