I came in at 530pm to have a spare key made for my f-150. The person I spoke with on the phone apparently wasn’t at the dealership and didn’t give me good information. Brandon Cash the service writer, Rodney Crawford & Roger the service mangers took care of getting the key programmed for me. Ty, service tech even stayed late to get it done! We could not be any happier with our experience with Phil Long of Motor City. Our salesman, Ken was extremely helpful with ordering our 2020 AWD Ford Transit Cargo Van. We were having our van converted into a camper van by Wayfarer Vans in Colorado Springs and Ken took care of ordering our van, keeping us updated on its progress, and then delivered it to Wayfarer Vans for us so the work could be done, then we flew from WA State to pick it up. After the purchase, Ken checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Awesome experience for us!

So I went in to buy a car in July everything went really smoothly with the sale until I went to the finance part of the transaction he told me he was gonna hook me up with free services key fobs and windshield repairs no where did he tell me that I was gonna have to pay for it which also my fault but I was excited it was very first new car and he took advantage of me then I go and try to get my plates and tags for my car the dmv denied my title and I had call ford to find out that they put me in the county tax bracket instead of city taxes so I already dropped 9 grand on the down payment then I had to pay an additional 720 dollars today to get the taxes up to date so I can get my tags and plates for my car. I would not recommend going to ford and dealing with the financial guy named Ted he was try to suck every ounce of money out of you and lie to you I'm going to tell everyone I know to not go to this ford dealership very disappointed

So, I was in Colorado Spring a couple of weeks ago for vacation, and the day I am supposed to head home my vehicle breaks down. I had it towed to Phil Long Ford of Motor City, and they have been outstanding every step of the way. Peter Mullica's customer service skills and how he communicated with me every step of the way has truly been one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I have ever had. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. just really good people trying to help you out and do the best job that they can.

Andy Herrera did absolutely amazing. I walked in wanting to look around and he didn’t pressure me at all, like other places I’ve been to. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I wanted to do a shout out for Brandon Cash in the Service Dept. I had been highly frustrated since my purchase of a 2020 Escape because the GPS function would not work on my dash display. The service was completed as expected and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up they misplaced my car and keys. After about 40 min of searching. They finally found it, apparently someone had left the keys in it in an upper parking lot. Glad it didn't get stolen. Also, when they finally brought my car they were frantic and didn't take their seat cover and foot cover out of the car. I realize these things can happen but leaving keys in a car that is not supervised should NEVER happen.

After purchasing my Ford Escape, I had an issue with the Ford Sync system that caused Apple CarPlay not to work. The salesman I bought the car from had left the team, and I Dom and Stephen stepped right in to help me out. Let's just say Ms. Julie was a joy to work with. Supper nice super friendly. We talked about what I wanted to purchase and she made it happen. She even found a way to get me an ENORMOUS discount. There were a couple things I had to do that made the process take quite a bit longer and she was completely patient with it all. I never felt pressured into buying a vehicle. It was a complete "if your comfortable with..." type vibe. And then Ted in finance? Great guy super energetic and funny and willing to help me realize and meet my dream. Overall great experience. Will definitely be going back for my next vehicle. (Which is really saying something cause I'm a chevy guy)
