Avoid SIXT at all costs, absolute rip off, use Enterprise instead, people that offer great prices and service unlike these morons. The categories online are misleading, the prices look really cheap but when you go in to collect the car you end up with the base model of the category and this is what the price is based on. Should you want an upgrade it will cost you a small fortune to do this. How is a Crossland and Captur in the same SUV category? Then when you arrive you're told there are no Crosslands and you are palmed off with a Captur, how is that a like for like comparison? Absolute joke of a company.

Definitely not a pleasant experience. I booked for a Mercedes-Benz or Audi online 2 months before and while collection I was offered Mini Cooper saying that’s what is available. Will be careful from next time.
