Started using Sixt due to some recent bad experiences at a competitor company. I arrived early but Matt was extremely helpful and ran me through the options of different cars available. Genuinely the friendliest staff I've dealt with and I rent cars on a very regular basis. I will 100% be visiting again next time I'm in Reading. The car was immaculate and I felt comfortable all of the existing marks had been documented. Drove 1,200 miles without any problems and when I returned it Daniel had me in & out in a matter of minutes. Very friendly, Very quick, and definitely recommended.

Everything involved with the car hire went very well. Matt upgraded us at no extra cost and the car performed well. The drop off to the train station was a real help. I will definitely use Sixt again if needed.

The guys at the Reading Branch are fantastic, very helpful and also provide me with a great service, I've used them 5 times for car rental in the last 3 months and they have always delivered compared to other car rental companies. The selection of vehicles are above expectation and are great value for money. Well done guys, I will continue to use SIXT as my preferred Rental Car supplier.

Arrived a little earlier than planned to pick up rental but all staff were super friendly and helpful. Matt went out of his way to help me as I’d forgotten to bring a bill for proof of address and Daniel walked me to my car and went through everything with me and even offered to show me how the dashboard worked which is always appreciated in new cars!!! Thanks!

I really got the great assistance from Sixt company in Reading, UK. This is my first time to rented car in UK, and they upgrade the level of Car to me for free(keep the same price) and then efficiently created the business account(Discount%) for next renting. It's really good news for our company. Sixt company absolutely brings very impressive and perfect image to me. Definately , we will back to rent the car from SixT company again.

Avoid at all costs!!!
They tried to sell add ons during collection. Clearly declined and they acknowledged it at the time. 2 weeks after returning the car they charged for added insurance.
Fought them and ended up claiming back through my credit card provider.
Beware!!!

It has been my best rental experience out of any rental service that I have had. The staffs there especially Daniel was very polite and nice. The overall process of collecting the car and returning were very easy and quick.
When collecting the car, Daniel offered us an upgraded to a Mini Cooper which is the favourite brand of my gf with only a tiny amount of money, which made us enjoy our trip even more! Also Daniel has solved some of our problem that he has provided very customised service to us!
Going to have another trip with the Reading branch in few days later!

Parked at the Q-Park car park in Reading overnight 15/06/19, as was staying at the Pentahotel across the road.
When returning to my car the following day, it wouldn't start as the battery had died overnight.
I went to the Sixt office in hopes they could use one of their cars to give me a jump start.
As soon as I got in the office, I could tell I'd get the help I needed.
Matt was serving another customer before me and he provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen - letting me know he'd be with me as soon as possible.
When Matt got to me, he was exceptionally friendly, took me to the Q-Park office and introduced me to Steve, who had a portable jump starter pack.
Matt insisted that if the battery pack didn't work, to let him know and he'd use his own car to jump start me.
The world need more people like Matt; he got me out of a jam, which meant I didn't have to wait 4 hours for a recovery vehicle to come and help.

Once being rejected from the car rental business set directly opposite, I approached Sixt Car Hire with apprehension. However I soon realised I had only been on the wrong side of the road; the process of car rental from Sixt Car Hire was fast and delivered with a smile. I drove away feeling as if I was in command of a genie's lamp on a road paved with dreams. Lost in the euphoria of temporary car ownership, my wishes soon turned to sand as my time with the Renault came to an end. With the lamp safely buried, I sobered up from my fantasy, and I was once again forced to walk along the cracked footpath of melancholy. The experience left me with a reminder that all good things must come an end. *Four Stars*
