The staff here are ever so friendly and courteous. When I returned, one remembered me (despite the fact I was wearing a face covering) and asked me how my house move was. They were keen to ask and hear about my experience hiring the van and asked for any feedback I had. Really impressed and would definitely use again.

Booked the van online in advance and got a good price. Got there on the day about to leave the deposit and they have to do a credit check? I've lived in my address for a couple of months, they couldn't find me despite having multiple forms of proof so couldn't give me the van.
I had to then walk to arrow self hire and pay almost double the price just to rent a van?
I'll probably be waiting a long time for my refund and even longer for the call from the "area manager"
Appalling service. There's no waiver, notice or anything else saying they have to do a credit search and what on earth for? I have never encountered having to have a credit search to leave a deposit.
They also wanted to know where I worked and if I wanted to leave my boss's number? Ridiculous and have cost me time and money.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Service is top notch especially when you come to them through Audi Reading.
I've had to drop off my A4 for warranty work and these guys provided the courtesy car as the garage didn't have one, and they gave me a brand new and top of the line Q7. How can you not love them for this? :)

Well known chain, but they really do provide excellent customer service. They helped us out in a jam (very short notice rental when my car packed in and we were due to attend an event at the other side of the country), and extended it for us the next day no problem when we got stuck at our destination for a bit. Unlimited mileage, which is always a benefit with hires.

I've been renting cars here pretty frequently since moving the Reading. The staff are always outgoing and friendly, accommodating and helpful. The prices seem better than most other car rentals in the area, and they'll pick you up and drop you off before and after your rental (which is nice, since this place is a little out of the way in an industrial estate).

We hired a car from Enterprise whilst we had a problem with our car. They picked me up from my house and drove me to their office to pick up hire car. Staff were very young and and enthusiastic on site. Paperwork was easy to deal with and they drove my wife home after she dropped off the hire car.

I booked a car a month ago with you at a good rate and have previously used your service before with no issues, I now get a call the night before I'm meant to pick the car up for which I've already paid for (money has been exchanged in full) and have made plans for the weekend and I have not passed the identity check so am now left without a car for the weekend for which I will now suffer financially. I am going to make a formal complaint with the ombudsmen as your process for telling customers less than 24 hours before they are due to pick up the car is a disgrace! I will never use your company again and will also warn others not to do so! I am so annoyed as the person on the phone was no help, you'd think maybe you'd want to help keep your customers and provide a great service so that if they don't pass the identity check they have enough time to arrange an alternative solution! Absolutely disgusting service and will be sharing this feedback on all social media so people can be warned to never use your company when hiring a vehicle!!!!!!

Was hiring a huge van which wasn't exactly dirty but the cabin would have benefited from a sweep prior to handing over to me.

Would give a zero if I could deciving about deposits. I booked online and until I paid for the rental it told me about the 500 pound deposit. Which when I couldn't pay said my money that I just paid for the rental will not be refunded for 3 to 4 weeks. Disgraceful!!

Frauds - If you reserve on their weekend deal, they never give you confirmation. They will give priority to the ones booking on non-deal and call you on that morning to say there are no cars.
Even if you get a car, they will not give you on full tank, they will give like 3/4 tank that you cant measure. They will say they will pay you for the excess petrol, but they dont.
