Whistles

I have been a loyal customer of Whistles for years. I live locally to Windsor and this was my main store to shop at. For all those years I found shopping at your boutique very enjoyable and spent significant amount of money. Unfortunately, this store seems to be going downhill since the change of hands. The shop assistants come across as incompetent and dismissive of customers. What’s more this once lovely looking store starts looking like a second-hand shop amd TKmaxx. The cloths are hanging randomly and event the price tags are wrong! The jacket I liked was marked £89 whew is fact was £99 on the system. I had to call store manger to get an explanation of this discrepancy as the shop assistant just said “I don’t know why it’s different but I cannot do anything g about it”. All the ladies seems to come from shut down Karen Milen store and I’m afraid what such a poor quality customer service your Windsor brunch won’t last long.

You may want to tell your staff that in this retail environment customers should be their focus......not how drunk they got the night before.
