I use this service to test my dogs for worms so that I can avoid unnecessarily dosing them with wormer.
I have purchased kits online as well as found them available in my local pet shop.
Everything you need to collect and return your samples is provided in the kit I purchased. Instructions are simple and clear.
I posted my most recent tests out on a Monday and received the results by email on Wednesday morning. Results are very clear with a colour-coded table.
I highly recommend this service and will continue to use it so that I can avoid dosing my dogs with medication they do not need.

I ordered the lungworm and wormcount kit at a cost of £29. I read the instructions as 1st class this should of been a 1st class large letter! My mistake. After speaking to them they told me to contact Rotal Mail in which i did. The handling fee by Royal Mail is £1 and the short postage was 80p, Yet Wormcount were charging me a discounted handling fee of £5.00..... obviously not discounted then. Plus an extra £5.00 for the kit as i had received it. Cancelled both and are waiting for a £19.00 credit! DONT BOTHER ...... go to FELCAB instead much better service

In a short time you get an email to say whether your dogs sample have worm eggs and to treat or not.
Saves giving a monthly unnecessary chemical.

Well we posted stool on Fri.also puppy had advocate administered.....by vet...on Monday puppy had worms in stool.a few wks later we still had not received notification so I phoned...they said results where clear....work that one out
