Staff were lovely and helpful. Didn't care that I was a trans woman. She suggested clothing that I really liked.

Great shop with good access for a pram. Staff very polite. Good range of clothes in at the moment. Nice and clean. Good safety measures in place

I had a wonderful time shopping here. A polite staff member I think her name was “Nikki” or “Nicola” was especially accommodating as she smiled and helped me. I always see her here smiling and she has a great attitude. Such excellent customer service as she asked me how my day was and helped me pack my bags as my son started to play up in the buggy, she even distracted him!! What a fresh breath of air ????????

Large store, but collection average, a bit messy but good location and convenient.

I went for Xmas shopping to Windsor the other day. It was all lovely until I got to new look... Worse customer service I experienced for veeeeery long time... Due to which new look just lost its customer I won't ever again buy there. I don't even know where to start... The girls that work there are horrible their attitude is beyond the joke.... So unhelpful and arrogant when asked if they have certain size I heard "oh I'll have a look in my crystal ball shall I?"... Charming... The other one... Well it's rather embarrassing but she smelled like she didn't change her underwear for at least a week... And the other one shouted at my daughter making her cry, that was enough for us we left the shop...

I love going to the new look in Windsor the staff are very helpful too.

Should have complete collections because many times you can't find what you want and have to ask for it on line. Anyway I really like this shop

Its a shame i really like New Look and have never had a problem with service in any of their branches but today went in there and yeah very rude sales assistant. So i went in to look for a scarf and a pair of gloves, picked up a scarf no problem but couldnt find any gloves so couldnt see anyone to ask, fine there was a girl behind the counter sorting out hangers, i understand she must of been busy but this was a Thursday early afternoon not a Saturday and the shop wasnt even that busy, all i wanted to ask do you sell gloves ? Or direct me to gloves, literally I said excuse me and she said " sorry im not working at the moment" thats fine i understand that but then if your not working then why you sorting out hangers ? anyway i just asked "could you just direct to... " and she basically interrupted me saying i only work with the Apricot brand of clothes okay fine but a) its not a massive store and b) she could of just said really sorry not sure ill get a collegue over to help you. Anyway i said she really wasnt helpful and then she basically said "yeah because i cant help you" wonderful service New Look lol. If you dont know something thats fine but just ask one of your collegues seriously, its not that difficult. Update : 2/11/18 I am shocked by the customer service I have recieved, I have had to email back and forth for over a week just to get a proper reply and some sort of compensation, it was only after i suggested this that they grudgingly offered me a £5 off voucher code but to be honset i turned it down because they clearly didnt want to give it to me. All i wanted was an apology and some sort of compensation but after having to message their support team back and forth for over a week they at first basically said they wouldnt give me anything because of Data Protection im sorry ? what on earth ? I dont want to know any details of the staff member that treated me rudely. All i wanted was some acknowledegment of this situation, apology and some sort of compensation as a gesture of good will. Im so angry with this outcome and they way ive been treated no wonder the High Street shops are going ????????????????
