Mint Velvet Windsor

Such a shame , following lockdown and the high street now needing to get back on its feet , when a well known company fails to pay any attention to its customers ! I visited a number of stores in Windsor today and was welcomed with smiles and chat , all aimed to put the customer at ease as well as being a friendly face . The one exception was mint velvet ! The woman in the store had her back to me and others throughout our visit ! She didn’t even turn to acknowledge our existence! Shame ... I won’t be returning to the Windsor store ! Unfriendly and unhelpful !

I’m officially a mint velvet customer for life after having a lovely experience at the Windsor store, I couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful the ladies in store were, I asked for advice on trainers and was helped by a lovely woman who owned the trainers herself, she told me how comfortable she had found them, so I ended up buying a pair for myself, I even took my friend back in with me so she could have the same experience I did! We both had a splendid time and couldn’t be more pleased with the friendly yet professional service we received! Thank you for restoring my faith in shopping experiences!

I came in here the other week and my experience was amazing. I have not seen this level of customer in a while. Jade was so accommodating and helped me with my needs. She then offered me 15% off my transaction and that just made my day. I will continue to shop with Mint Velvet Windsor, I don’t want to go anywhere else.

I love shopping in the Windsor store! Everyone's so lovely and friendly. You get greeted nicely and they help you with whatever you are looking for. If they don't they sizes in store, they try and find them from different stores. Defo coming back here!!!
