Wonderful place. Staff genuinely care, top therapists, great food, this is the best place you can go to kick start your recovery and learn about addiction.

I would just like to take the time to express my thanks and gratitude to the teams at Steps Together at Bank House and Chesnuts for the support, help and treatment they supplied me with on my road to recovery .My initial thoughts were that the costs were a little more than I expected but after my experience (over 2 Months in all) it was worth every penny.I believe I have been given the tools and direction to get my life back on track.Don’t get me wrong it’s not easy but if you buy into the program with Honesty,Open mindedness and Willingness I would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation that I was in, it can and does save peoples lives. Even at the end of my stay I really did not want to leave but knew I had to use my new “Tool box”and venture back into the so called “Real World “.Management even returned my calls when on vacation. I will always be eternally grateful for that. If Steps wish to use me as a reference I’m quite happy to give my feedback to anyone,I highly recommend Management Staff and all. The experience has given me the chance to get my train back on track and do the utmost to move forward with my life. Thank you.

I spent 28 days in this superb facility. It saved my life.The Staff are amazing and certainly know their stuff. I left knowing how to remain happy and sober, with a network of friends to call on for support. I can't recommend this place highly enough. You'll find no better and It will change your life.

Disappointing end to what we thought was going to be a successful course of treatment for my daughter. We researched Steps Together very carefully and my daughter signed up for 8 weeks of treatment. The treatment wasn’t cheap but nevertheless we paid upfront. As my daughter approached the end of her stay, the centre decided to expel her without notice even though she had 4 days left. She was told to leave immediately. Apparently this was because the painkillers she had bought on Amazon weren’t on the Steps Together approved list. No refund offered for the 4 days. This seemed to be an ideal solution and turned out be an expensive disappointment.

Fantastic place. it was the staff that made it special. totally recovered in my 4 week stay there. i learnt so much about myself. i now back to who i should have been, well done guys, you save not just my life _ but all the relations i have with all the people around me, bless up! first class all the way....
