Bought 2018 tundra from dealership on Sunday an was the worst experience I have ever had. Truck had 4 bad tires an told service manager about it an his response was that someone else would buy truck if I did not want it with those tires. I paid 15k cash down payment. I also had a problem with the delivery of vehicle after that because they cut the window tint an told me they would get that fixed but never got call to get that fixed. I also 3 days later had to replace a better because it died. They said this is a Toyota certified vehicle. Toyota certified is a joke. Also no tools in truck to change tire. Very disappointed at this dealership an will never go there ever again.

Fred was able to come through with great and affordable rates. Cesar sat down and double checked to make sure I knew exactly what was going on, and how much I would have to be paying back.

We had got a late start that day for car shopping but we knew what we wanted. We had gone to other dealerships and the car we wanted was just flying off of every lot! We called Toyota of Orlando at 9:00pm to see if there was any chance they had the car on their lot, and by some miracle they did! We were met by Abe, who was amazing at showing us the car and letting us do a quick test drive to make sure we really loved it before we went any further. He gave us a lot of details and helpful info and he was so personable! Then we dealt with Andre who helped us as much as he could with getting a good deal. He was very professional and made the process quick and easy. We felt so bad that they were staying so late to help us, but they didn’t make us uncomfortable and were very friendly through everything! We were then introduced to Carlos, who helped us with our paperwork. He was very quick and made the process painless. The only thing I would say is, the Toyota website is a little confusing with the deals they advertise. We were under the impression that we would be able to get certain specials that unfortunately, we didn’t end up receiving. Not this staffs fault, we were just a little disappointed when things didn’t add up how we thought they would. Overall, they are a very efficient staff and they will work to get you the best deal they can offer.

Car dealers don't typically have a reputation of honesty, but the latest interaction with sales person, and a sales director from Toyota of Orlando takes the dishonesty to a new level. I'm trying to buy a car from a different state before moving back, and today I was told out of state buyers are required to buy the extended warranties, and enhanced packages. I guess the law, and especially inter-state laws don't apply here.
Folks, review the information they give you, and understand your rights as consumers. Your not forced to buy any additional packages.

Ricardo was awesome, so sweet and so helpful. Jason was OUTSTANDING! Made me feel so comfortable and made the experience 10 times better than where it started. Raul was rude and did not care about us until our sale actually went through. I was really disappointed and almost walked out multiple times but really wanted the car. If not for Jason finishing up the night I probably wouldn’t even have a new car right now, I would’ve left without signing.
Came back for another vehicle and let me just say RICARDO and JASON are the greatest employees there. Always so sweet and so incredible helpful. RAFAEL was our sales person this time around he was amazing. Be sure to ask for them when you come in.

Purchased a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner at this facility. We were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable salesman named Kevin. He spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. Letting us test drive the vehicle. I would highly recommend him He is not pushy in any way. He then introduced us to the rest of the team we went through all the phases of the deal and everyone was Amazing., I cannot say enough about the whole team. Great experience in car buying. They are fair and seem to appreciate their customers. Kevin even checked on us during our time there all the way to when we were leaving. If your looking for a Toyota this is the place to buy. They did not have a lot of cars to choose from. Other than that the dealership was amazing! Jose was an amazing dealer who really helped me find the car I wanted, and helped me get comfortable and not feel like he is a robot trying to get money. I never go out of my way to post reviews online but I felt like I needed to. I spent a good portion of my day attempting to buy a car here today because when viewing used car inventories online Toyota of Orlando had the best inventory that seemed to fit my price range. I had several cars that I was interested in potentially purchasing. However all of them had problems with them that prevented me from purchasing them. I feel that is very misleading to post as much inventory for sale online that is not actually sellable inventory. I wish I would have spent my time at another dealership today.
I rated 2 stars because while I felt that I had a bad experience I will say that the sales staff was very professional and helpful. It wasn't really their fault that the website misled me to coming to the lot today.
Edit: Changed to 1 star lol because while the person here says that their customer relations manager was going to reach out, the very next call I received from Toyota of Orlando was them trying to get me to come back in to look at a car. Nah I won't be back.

Now I usually don’t this, but after getting hung on by a sale rep at this location. It’s only right. I work in customer service, so I understand whether you are in sales or just in customer service, the customer should be treated with respect and empathy. Because in truth you don’t know what the customer is going through or had went through. The sales people at this location don’t have that respect. They will welcome you if you buying a car, get you some water or coffee while you wait. But as soon as you buy a car, as soon as you put your signature on that piece of paper, that contract, you become no longer important. If an issue arises in the future, , don’t call them, more likely you will be told they can’t help or you will get hung up on. This is what’s happens when we allow business to dictate and hold power. Power is a curious thing. It’s interesting how we the consumer accept how we are treated from business like this. It’s amazing how we the consumers are treated after the fact. I purchase a car from this location, returned my lease to this location. Was told by the sale rep at this location, that I would not owe nothing. However, I received a letter I stating that I owe money. So I decided to give this location a call, and after multiple transfers, I reached a sales rep. Needless to say, after briefly speaking with the sales rep. I feel violated. But that’s okay, as a consumer I should have known better, I should have read more reviews about this location. I’m not telling you not to buy a car, but why would you give business to an entity that only looks at you as number. I hope as a consumer, you will know and do better than I did.

A big thanks to Jordan, Andres and Jean in finance for their amazing customer service. I also wanted to thank my Haitian Salesman (I feel horrible for not remembering his name. He was such a good salesman because he listened to my needs. A very special thank you to Jordan the GM who turned what could have been a bad one star review into a 5 star review, not because he placed me in the vehicle, but because he actually cared about my experience and called me back to find out what happened and at the end of the day I was able to leave with the car of my dreams. It was exactly what I needed for me. Cargo space, good on Gas, and a reliable vehicle. Thank you Jordan, Andres, Jean, and my Haitian sales rep you know who you are.

Also Ricardo was great help with the buying process by making it less stressful for us and showing us more options. Two months ago Angel Vargas provided excellent service to my sister's purchase of her car. I was so pleased, I drove all the way from Melbourne to now buy my car, even though there is a Toyota dealership near me. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but I came back strictly based of Angel's integrity and service. He's not like other salesman. Chito first greeted us with a smile. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant. After a few test drives he introduced me to Jerry. The transition was smooth and never overbearing. After a conversation full of laughs (and some number crunching) I decided to move forward with a purchase and met Jason. He made the dreaded paperwork step a breeze. Overall I was really impressed by the friendly staff and never felt like I was "being worked over". Would recommend to anyone.

As always, the overall service I received was excellent! I overslept and missed my appointment time by an hour 1/2. I called and the receptionist told me to come on in anyway. The service tech Aaron was very patient, courteous and best of all, extremely professional. He was able to get my car in as soon as I arrived. Don't see too many young service reps who display those great qualities that much anymore. He's definitely a great asset to your company. As always, the overall service I received was excellent!
