This is my fourth transaction with this location. We were always very happy with the transactions except this time. I feel I was deceived. I didn't want to give a negative comment here however I have reached out to several entities at your location to resolve my issue however all are not responding. It is ironic how they were calling me daily before I returned my old leased vehicle and offering me all false offers for being a loyal customer. I ended up paying a down payment and not zero payment as promised and also ended up paying exactly the same monthly amount I was paying with the previous lease minus $1. To add the person who cleaned off the sticker from the window left a large stain on the paint under the window. I tried cleaning it twice however the stain is still there. I took pictures and sent an email to the person who helped us with our transaction however I received no response. Things were different at your location. We were treated like people not numbers. You are hiring too many young people who see us as just numbers. Hire older people as well like Tom Diaz who helped us with two vehicles where we left happy and your place got benefitted as well.

Personal Charm
Yesterday 3/17/2021 I arrived at Toyota service dept at 4:45p. My appointment was for 5:00. I went in for a oil change, I sat there and waited for my vehicle. Around 6:00pm I was told that my oil change is being worked on and that I will need new back brakes. Around 7:00pm, while I was still waiting on my vehicle, that they will need to keep my car until the next day because of a recall. I then said I will just bring my vehicle back tomorrow for the recall. I was then told I will have to wait to get my brakes done the following day. This was VERY bad poor communication and unorganized! Had I been told from earlier my vehicle had a recall I would not have sat there and waited for almost 3 hours for them to tell me that. I then agreed to the rental they will give me. A Toyota Corolla was all they have. I drive a Toyota Avalon, I need a spacious vehicle and the car they gave me was very uncomfortable! and that rental was not ready until almost 8:00! I have been a loyal customer with Toyota for some years now. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!

my car experienced some mechanical difficulty unexpectedly during the late afternoon hours. I called Toyota Verlander I was told to bring it right in. Eduardo my service coordinator kept in close communication during the time my car was in for service. I needed to get a rental and Toyota of Orlando made the process absolutely smooth and easy. I was immediately taken to the rental site, provided with a clean car, charged a minimal amount, and generally came away with a very positive experience. A big thank you to all who are involved with helping my car repair and helping me get to work on time!

Went to get a new tire for my vehicle. Was quoted an hour and a half wait time. Ended up being there for almost three hours with no communication until I made a comment after about two hours. No apologies at the end of service. Usually have a great experience here but this past time was terrible! Been a loyal Toyota owner for over 7 years.

Beware everyone buying a used car. The used cars are AS IS. If there is a defective part good luck on trying to get it repaired. My air conditioning went out on the second day of purchasing the car and all they offer me was to offset costs although they did repair other problems what only the six month warranty covers which is like powertrain stuff air conditioning is not covered. Not to mention they don’t check any recalls before selling the cars the truck I bought had a recall. Gold certified is a joke. Gold certified is a very Deceiving name sounds very premium and a piece of mine. But in all reality it’s a sales gimmick to get you to buy a car perceived to be very well inspected. Don’t fall for this my best recommendation is to not buy here there is other places where the warranty is much better.
