My g/f and I went there looking for a car for her to start saving gas on her trip to and from work. We found her a nice little 2020 Toyota Corolla. They made the deal and they gave her a "key." She started checking into it and found out it was supposed to come with a key fob. She called them and left messages for the salesman, and the sales manager for numerous days. Nobody ever called her back. She finally ended up buying one for over 200.00. Very poor customer service. Never deal with them again.

I know this is about Toyota in general, and not about this dealership in particular. I just found out today that it'll cost you a fee to update your map. It's a rip off, really. Better just use an app on the phone and ignore the car's navigation system altogether.

Great experience today Aquino took very good care of me as soon as I walked in. He got me to Fred, who took his time explaining to me ALL the options I had, including their drawbacks. You all did an amazing job having these two on your team. At the end Carlos wrapped things up with finances. He was very pleasant and patient also taking time to make sure I had things I spoke with Fred about. Thanks you three, keep up the good work.

I've gone to Toyota of Orlando twice now for my oil changes and both times I've had Eduardo Rodriguez as my service advisor. He has bee so great to deal with! I'm greeted quickly at the service by area by him, directed to the waiting area and given an estimate of cost and time I'll be waiting every time. Both times I've gotten out of the dealership in less time than expected! Which is great for me since I always come after work. My car is also perfectly clean once I'm done. Eduardo always looks out; always honestly letting me know what my car needs without any pressure! I'll be coming back loyally.

Wonderful time!!! Was greeted by the wonderful Donte who showed me exactly what I asked and let me test drive, very helpful person. Inside Rafael from sales made everything happen and absolutely amazing, he explained everything to me and made sure I got everything I wanted. Finished up with Pam at financial, paperwork is always annoying to sign but she made it very easy and explained every questions I asked, an absolute breeze. The process was done very quickly and I appreciate Toyota of Orlando for allowing me to have exactly what I wanted with no problem, forever thankful.

This place post pictures of vehicles on carfax and their own website but with no pictures of the vehicle. Most dealerships will have a salesman go take pics to send to potential buyers..... not this dealer.
“Wait a couple days till they are posted” is what I was told but they are very eager to have me come in so they can value my trade!
Nope!! Many others dealers work for the customer like they should.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 10/10 recommend finding another dealership. On March 18, my husband found a Tundra that checked all the boxes we were looking for. He first called in the morning to ask a few questions. We decided to start the process of buying it. We got financing in order and spoke to the salesman a few times, I want to say we called 4 times, throughout the morning. At 1:20, we called to see if the Tundra could be held for us. Understably, it could not. We let him know we were coming from 3 hours away and to please let us know if it sells prior to us getting there. He ensured us he would. At 5 we get there and are informed it was sold at NOON! We never got an answer as to where the communication broke down but to say it left a bad taste in our mouth is an understatement. We are now left feeling relief that such sleazy car salesman won't receive any money or profit from us. We will gladly purchase elsewhere!
