Fred Robinson (Sales Specialist) and Ciara Napieralski (financial services) were OUTSTANDING and so kind helping me with a purchase of my first car. They worked amazingly well with my family and I to get us the best deal. I got a traded in car (2014 Hyundai Accent GLS) for a great price and a 6 month warranty deal. The car was also serviced and beautiful when delivered to me by Michelle, who’s really cool, and it came shining and clean to my complex. All in all amazing!!

Do not trust reviews. The finance department in the middle of signing documents tells you to open you phone and leave a 5 start review like it's part of the procedure. Dealer will low ball you on trade in, so do your research before hand. At the end of the purchase, I got in the car to see no floor mats, 5% oil and gas level on E. Do not recommend this dealership.

Great dealership. Jamal was fantastic going over the vehicle. Roc was up front and honest in our negotiations. Carlos got our financing squared away quickly with great financing. Couldn’t have been better. Definitely MUCH better than the dealership closest north to our home. It was worth the 60 minute drive.

Certain jobs are better left to the professionals. Such was the case with my son's Tacoma that needed an evaporator AC replaced - relative inexpensive part, insane amount of labor. Toyota of Orlando finished the job in one day, and so far there is no rattling on the dashboard (that had to be entirely removed). Cheap? No. Worth it? Absolutely.
Thank you for a job well done. Shoutout to Gabriela that took great care of everything, and of course the techs that did a great job.

I managed to find a nice used car for a good price after a bit of work. Chito was a brilliant man with great customer service. However, my sales rep, Raul not so much. Definitely do not recommend him at all. He was angry and aggressive when trying to negotiate the terms on the car. God forbid a twenty year old women knew what she was kind of talking about. And yes its true they ask you to fill out a google review on the way out like if it were procedure. Please do your research before you buy a car, don't get screwed over and always negotiate.

Hands down this location has the right staff and the attitude. I drove into the service area yesterday and was greeted by one of their awesome service consultants Victor Fuentes. THEY RUN CREDIT EVEN WITH CASH BUY
Disappointed I can’t leave a 1 star review. There’s hundreds of other dealerships that you can go to instead. The worst car buying experience I’ve ever seen. Only reason we’re buying is because our 2016 Toyota Corolla got totaled the day before, and they showed no sympathy; not a single bit of help.
We called in the morning to verify that two cars were available and ready to buy, so we scheduled an appointment with some guy named Felix.
We show up and Felix was nowhere to be found, apparently too busy for his appointment. So we had a salesman try to find the cars and walk around the empty lot in the blistering sun only to find out that the cars were in fact NOT ready. Figured it’s a sales tactic to get us in the door. They show us a more expensive car and while we would’ve loved to take it, they told us they do NOT negotiate, because apparently Carvana and CarMax don’t either and they are their competition, but I’d recommend them to anybody over this sleazy place. We went home and ending up finding some other options that we really liked so we went back knowing damn well that negotiating was not an options do that we’d be ok paying full price as long as we got the car we wanted. Test drive and paperwork goes great until we find out that they REQUIRE a credit check, even if you’re paying in cash. We’re not borrowing money and don’t need to be financed, so there’s no reason our credit should need to take a hit. They finally bring out Felix and he was just as useless in trying to find a solution. They wasted 6 hours of our life and the best thing about it was that I now know to never go back there again.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. They'll add ghost fees on top of it all so that they can afford their brand new watches.

Jason provided great communication by text and phone calls to confirm availability, price, and trade in value - he was excellent. Only reason for one star lost was that my initial interaction was with their internet dept which was not very responsive or helpful (so I called and reached Jason), and mid-sale the finance person incorrectly informed us the vehicle had been sold (which they apologized for many times, but it was an undue shock after traveling 2 hours to purchase the vehicle). Ultimately it was a great deal and I’m very happy with my purchase.
