The only place we knew to come for a new vehicle that had amazing service and quality was Toyota of Orlando. Been coming to this location for years, and I feel like I’m part of the family. We purchased a new 2021 RAV4, the staff “Francisco, Irina and Pam” were friendly and made us feel comfortable! Amazing Toyota dealership! This dealership has an amazing team! My family always comes back to see Andre R. at Toyota of Orlando he's a PROS Certified Sales Manager at Toyota of Orlando. He treats us and all his other customers like family! Felix took me and my sister on the lot to see the colors of the new 2021 vehicles and informed us about all the new features on the 2021's. Felix also did the test drive with my sister and I. Felix was the coolest sales person ever when it came to the test drive and telling us about all the cool features that came in the new 2021 Toyota SE that she purchased! KUDOS to ANDRE & FELIX! Anyone looking for a new or Preowned Toyota please head to Toyota of Orlando and ask for Andre and Felix! Both guy's will do their absolutely best to help you with you vehicle purchase! the second time that I visited this place for service I discovered that the didn’t make the service as say in the paperwork that you sign after the service. the tire rotation wasn’t made (I take care of make a mark in the tires before service, I did that because the first time that I when there I think they didn’t make the tire rotation because never ask me about the wheel lock key), I told the manager about the situation and they take the car back to resolve it, but after I arrived my home I saw that the service sticker wasn’t changed.. they provide you with a checklist of the things that they supposed made, but evidently they didn’t all. We can’t thrust that they did everything that they say.

Didn't get the deal I wanted but Hassan and Andres were fine gentlemen.
Edit: The initial review was 5 stars but downgrading to 1 star. The second visit left a sour taste in my mouth. I was asked to come to the dealership to discuss the new numbers they planned to offer. I was explicitly told that this will "only take minutes". I went to the dealership and I was told the finance person would would be with me shortly. I had to wait more than 40 minutes but no one came. I left without even discussing the "new numbers". Not cool .

Went to test drive a Prius. Before leaving the lot it was evident there was a sound coming from the back of the vehicle. The salesperson turned on the radio and turned up the volume to drown out the noise. Once I turned off the radio they made repeated excuses claiming the very loud noise was just the key-box (which it was not). They tried to sell me the vehicle with the vague promise of it being fixed by them.
I said I wouldn’t happily buy the vehicle if the sound was addressed first- but once they realize do wasn’t paying that moment they became disinterested. They said they would fix it and call me back but they told the vehicle within a day without addressing the issue.
Makes me wonder if the new owner of the vehicle realized it made such a racket before they purchased it.
Just beware of the condition of vehicle you buy from them. Do your own inspection.

Sherer was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took his time showing me exactly what the features were. We actually had a great time checking out the cars. Jorge was in tune to what I wanted and needed. He wasn’t pushy nor did he talk down on the competition to build up his brand. We were able to come to an agreement that I was more than comfortable. Finally, Pam was so pleasant! I was already excited to be signing for my first brand new car but she made the experience that much better. Overall a great experience!!

Having to buy a new car came at a time in my life that I really didn’t need the added stress. I narrowed my search of vehicles down to the Highlander and began looking at local inventory. I then had a friend refer me to someone he knew at ToO, Paul. Paul helped me while he was actually on vacation and then we got to meet today for me to get my vehicle.
Paul was incredibly charming and helpful... once on-site, I dealt with a very friendly staff (Jason, Jason and Fred) and process was fairly painless.
In the end, I have a beautiful new vehicle and am grateful for Paul and his team. Thank you!!!
