Great place to get your car from and especially The sales associate Chase gave a great test drive makes sure you know everything about the car , and also they are very helpful with prices my representative Larry helped me out a lot for my price range and last but not least the finishing paperwork and following through on it Janis help me out made the paperwork easy and explained perfectly! Worst Experience! I looked at a vehicle I was interested in online. I confirmed that the vehicle was still available and was told yes! I show up for an appointment the same day and the vehicle wasn't there. Ok maybe they truly had just sold it. Fast forward same deal see a car I'm interested in confirmed it was available, told Angel if you sell it before my appointment please let me know. Mind you I had to drive 45 minutes to see the vehicle. I show up "oh we sold the car" can we interest you in a different vehicle. We sold it this morning. I spoke to the dealership midmorning and they still had it. Terrible communication between staff and a waste of everyone's time.

I spoke with Adda Garza (extension 3200). I told her I was I looking for a highlander Platinum. She asked me when I was coming in for a test drive. I informed her that I did not need to test drive as I knew exactly what I was looking for. I would just like a price. She then told me the online price which was crossed out and had a note that said call for price . Then she said she does not work with numbers and that I would have to come in if I wanted a price and that she would need to run my credit first. Her attitude was off putting.

Car shopping with 3 small kids is exhausting but thanks to Chris Toher at Toyota of North Charlotte we had a great experience. We were able to test drive our new to us mini van (which honestly surprised me as this was the first time we were even offered a test drive without having to ask and being able to take all of the kids with me was unheard of up until this point). He was very knowledgable about the vehicle which was refreshing. He also was just a very genuinely nice person which is exactly what you want as the first point of contact at a dealership. I really love the fact that Toyota of North Charlotte has these product Specialists to assist you before you work with a salesman. If you are in the market for a new or used car I 100% recommend working with Chris.

I was greeted at the door, shown what I was looking for, and test drove my car before even sitting down with paperwork. It was the BEST experience ever.. I felt comfortable and not pressured. Brian showed me a truck I was interested in took a test drive Brian knew about all the great features. Hailey talked to me in a welcoming way that felt warm and kind.
