I worked with Jack,Josh, and Janis. Everyone was perfect! They did everything professional and easy to talk to. Jack even has some jokes. Josh made sure we were at the payment that we wanted and understood our needs. Janis did great with the paperwork and get everything right with the bank. We will be back for our next Toyota here! Would not buy anywhere else.

Try to buy Toyota Sienna had verbally conversation with sales person will be their within three hours drove like three hours (one way ) an when reached their had some different sales person who do not had any idea about the van I was coming to purchase as I show him on internet van which one I spoke to the sales person three hours ago and the price they quote he say we do not have that van trying to sell me some another one as spoke to manager he say he sold ten minutes ago, Guys ten minutes ago if you have purchased a car you know how much time it take to purchase a car which I spoke three hours ago has been sold process an delivered. Update - Been over a month and never got our tag. We called the first time and they told us everything was good but was taking a while because of covid. Waited 2 weeks later and called again. Now they are telling us they never sent it in. So that means whoever we talked to the first time didn't even bother to check. Very disappointed in how this is being handled. Now our 30 day tag is 2 weeks expired. Will definitely never buy here again. Looks like staff only wanted to make a sell and don't even care for the customers after.

I would not recommend this dealer! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I was lied to by several different employees during the process.
To begin with, I inquired about two vehicles on their website. Got prices for both, and worked up a deal with the sales manager over the phone. I then asked them to hold the one we had discussed. I was told this vehicle has been pulled to the side, ready for me to come see it.
Problem 1) Later that evening the listing was removed from the website, so I call to make sure it hasn't been sold before I make the 3 hour trip down. I requested pictures of the vehicle (not hard to do) from staff in internet sales, the sales department, and twice from the sales manager. They REFUSED to send me pictures of the vehicle, I was assured several times that the vehicle has been pulled and is on hold for me (but still no pictures to confirm). The next morning, I drive 3 HOURS to come see the truck, and it's no longer there. It's been sold!
In my opinion, they knew this the entire time but refused to tell me just to get to pass up other dealerships offers and make the drive to them. Otherwise, they would have taken the 5 steps outside to snap a picture of the truck. Again, not that hard to do.
Problem 2) I ended up getting a similar truck in the same color and package. During the negotiation process, I asked about window tint and mats. I was told by the salesman that window tinting was not possible, but that the mats were included. The exact statement was "this truck includes everything". Nope, should have known better with this dealer. This was another one of their lies, the mats were not included.
Problem 3) Plan for this to take all day! The salesmen at this dealership work with several groups of customers at one time. Instead of getting individual service from a salesman, making a deal on your car, signing the papers, and leaving, the ones at this dealership bounce around from customer to customer. They'll spend 5 minutes with you and then bounce around. The lady sitting next to us had been at the desk for almost 6 hours and hadn't even seen the car she came to look at it. It's incredibly disrespectful to customers trying to give you their business.
Overall, huge mistake in driving 3 hours to Charlotte when I could have had a much more pleasant experience elsewhere.

Toyota of North Charlotte definitely made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, after we got our Highlander the hospitality has ended. We were told by the salesman that we would get the all weather mats. When we came home, I noticed that they took our carpet mats. I contacted the office and spoke with the manager and was told that they give one or the other. I told him that information wasn’t shared with us and that they will mail us the carpet mats that day. Well, it has need 3 months and still no carpets were delivered. I sent emails to that manager, Chris Wickson, and he’s unresponsive.

This dealer requires you to wear a mask to get service on your vehicle. Masks not only increase your chance of getting sick but also developing a very nasty lung infection. Most masks are full of parasitic worms. Heat the mask up a little over the stove. You'll see little black worms crawling out. Don't wear them, don't support businesses that ask that you do either.
