From the time I walked into Toyota if North Charlotte, I was welcomed by Michael Griffin! I love him. After a horrible experience, he immediately was compassionate and was so assuring that my experience was going to be the best and it was! He explained my vehicle in detail to where I was comfortable leaving in it. Then Mr. Michael Brown, 100% gained my trust when it had been broken. I haven’t purchased new car for myself in 32 years and I wanted this to be non stressful and easy! He made sure I got the best deal and what I wanted and more! We had the Pleasure of ending our Visit with Janis. She was so easy and understanding! She didn’t rush us through my paperwork or my send off! She answered all questions with patience and kindness! She truly was so wonderful in completed my process in buying my new 4-Runner. I have had the best experience dealing with everyone and highly recommend them for future car purchase to everyone!

Came twice in 2 days to make sure we got what we wanted. Sales went super smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. I really wish I could remember names of the folks we dealt with, but I am terrible with names. The first day we had a new guy that said it was his first day.....the poor guy ended up with us, lol. He was clearly nervous but handled things well. The first sales guy that day wasn't someone we felt like we wanted to deal with....to be completely honest he was extremely pushy. But when we came back the next day we simply told the 2nd greeter guy that we really wanted a different salesperson, and theh gladly gave us to another one. This gentleman was very helpful, not pushy in the least and took his time in explaining things. The paperwork folks at the end, there was a training going on, which is perfectly fine. Those 2 folks were super nice and very helpful in explaining things. They also got the Rav4 all cleaned up and in perfect condition for us to drive off. Explaoned anything we wanted to know before we left. This is our third or fourth vehicle with this dealership over the past 15 years or so, between my family and also my mother. Great folks.

Biggest waste of my time. Due to the experience I had here tonight when I came into purchase a brand new 4runner- I will be not only purchasing a 4runner from a different dealership but also making sure none of my family or friends have to experience the unprofessionalism that the sales manager and salesman conducted in their plan to do business.
They get 1 star because at least the greeter at the front was very pleasant as well as Haley in the internet sales department.
