Test driver and car sales person very nice, however “corporate” sales guy in suit needs a lesson on sales. Only wanted to talk down to us and discussing a lease on the vehicle. Stated he could sell the car at one price but then said he couldn’t sell it at that price later. Wasted our time, was very demeaning and ending up lying about what price he could do. Would recommend you Re-evaluate how you treat people. Would not recommend you buy here, unless you like being demoralized as a human being.

Couldn’t ask for better service and more knowledgeable Toyota staff. Product Specialist, Jeff, was fun to be around, and also patient with us in making a decision on a new vehicle. Michael Brown was amazing! Couldn’t say enough great things about him. Thoroughly enjoyed working with him! Janis, our Finance Representative, made everything super-easy when signing paperwork. If you like me you when buying cars at dealership is normally meet with hesitation due to the cumbersome process. However I arrived at Toyota of Charlotte and the team were exceptional in there presentation. I felt comfortable with discussing needs and price. The best car-buying experience! The great service started with the responsiveness on the website. Very attentive but not pushy. We drove 45 miles (past many other dealerships) to go to the Toyota of North Charlotte location. Cannot say enough about Meghan, Lee, "E" and Janis - the staff was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. Compared to other Toyota dealerships, the pricing was great. Will definitely make future purchases at this dealership!

Very disappointed with the sales person. We looked at 2 vehicles and we decided to wait in making a decision, the sales person walked away and never came back to our sitting area. Very unprofessional service!!! There was another manager that came to us and he dismissed us in a professional manner. The person in charge of taking us outside and to the test drive was very kind and helpful.

Best and easiest car buying experience ever!!!! Randy, John, Janice and Mike were thee BEST!!! I was a little scared to go in because of such a bad experience at Hendricks but this was totally different. I was greeted upon arriving very helpful staff.
