Having worked with Julie for almost 10 years now, I'm amazed and impressed at how her coaching and unique perspective continues to garner great success for me in my weight loss journey. I always appreciate her candid and straight forward approach. Like most great coaches, she's not afraid to tell the truth in way that's motivating, uplifting and in my best interest. On Several occasions during my time with Julie, I'd lose the weight rather quickly, feel that I had it kicked and suspended her services. That strategy back fired on me. On two occasion, I gained most of the weight back and then some. I learned how to manage the short term interval goals. But further to that, we also worked on the long term success strategy once I reached my goal. This eased my stress around that part of the journey which was filled with fear. Her knowledge, approach and the depth of her sincere interest in my success and the success of her clients makes her an easy recommendation. Take advantage of her skills and what she can do. Julie has changed my life and is always there when I need. Having your nutritionist just a phone call away is the best thing, especially when you suffer from many issues when it comes to eating. Although I feel I am well-aware of what foods are healthy and which aren't, as I'm sure most people are, Julie managed to guide me through the process by making small adjustments to what I was eating, modifying portion sizes and holding me accountable when it mattered most. I think this was the key component in my losing a few pounds. Julie also provided some corporate counselling on site, helping a number of employees reach similar goals. Highly recommended.

I called Julie for the first time from a parking lot after buying yet another pair of pants "the next size up". She is, as all the reviews say, amazing. I had gained and lost weight over the previous few years following different methods but it never stayed off. After a back injury left me unable to move, I packed on 20 lbs over 6 months. I had a phone consultation and discussed all my frustrations with previous weight loss efforts and Julie heard me. After 3.5 months I am only 3 lbs away from losing those 20 lbs. The changes I had to make were small, and have now become habits. Julie worked with my lifestyle, and how I was eating and there was NO exercise required!! Julie helped pinpoint where I was going wrong with my food choices and how to make better ones. I feel so much better, and love that I have to buy pants 2 sizes smaller.

Julie has helped me achieve a goal I have been struggling with for over 5 yrs. I have been wanting to lose "the last 10 or so lbs". She did not put me on a diet, but rather tweeked my eating habits, and within a week, I noticed my mid section to be smaller! I am thrilled. These changes are sustainable and I feel so good . I first met Julie in April 2017 when I presented with very high blood pressure, high cholesterol and overweight. I had tried some highly recommended diet plans and had not succeeded in improving any of these situations. My family doctor was recommending medication to counteract the high cholesterol which I did not want to take. A friend heard about Julie and gave me her business information. I contacted Julie and she fit me in right away for our first consultation. She shared exact nutritious diet requirements and suggestions for variety with me and I went home and followed these suggestions to the letter! We did our appointments by phone after the first meet and Julie gave me new helpful information at each call. I have lost 25 lb in about 5 months and have reduced my cholesterol from 8 to 4! My doctor has reduced my BP meds from 2 types to 1 and sees no need for cholesterol medication. I could not have accomplished these things without Julie's guidance. Thanks!!

I met Julie at a time when I was approximately 75 lbs. overweight, very unhappy and almost relegated to the fact that I would be overweight for the rest of my life. I didn't hold out much hope that she would be able to help me, but went at the request of my daughter. I thought I knew it all and had all the answers and excuses (my thyroid, etc). We laugh about that now. Julie's gentle persuasion, non-judgmental assistance, advice and knowledge won me over and put me on the path to health. Julie also cares and it shows in every thing she does. I would recommend Julie to anyone who wants to pursue a path of health and wellness!!
