Julie got back to me within minutes of reaching out and connected me with Terence based on my needs and lifestyle. Terence has been great at educating me on nutrition, putting together a solid plan and coaching me throughout. He asked me the details of my life style to customize the special diet for me. All my diet related questions were answered. He created a customized meal plan for me. I have had an excellent experieince with JM Nutrition! I contacted Julie and promptly received a time for a phone call with her. I wanted to reduce belly fat by 4 inches and lose 10 pounds of overall weight. Julie explained the best plan for me and within a couple of days, I had my virtual 90-minute appointment with Terence. He and I had an excellent discussion where he answered my questions in detail and explained what changes I would need to make in order to achieve my goals. Within a week, Terence created a balanced and nutritious meal plan that I started following. I am happy to report that within 40 days, I reduced 4 inches of belly fat and lost 11 pounds! Thoughout this time, Terence answered my questions through email and guided me to achieve the best results. I really appreciate Julie and Terence's hardwork in helping me reach my goals and in educating me on how to continue eating food that is healthy and delicious.

Lyndsay and the JM Nutrition team have been extremely awesome in helping with nutrition guidance over the last couple months. Lyndsay is very knowledgeable and is very thorough in her explanations, making sure you really understand everything. She takes a very holistic approach and really takes the time to understand all of your needs and address all of your concerns. Lyndsay and Julie provided a very informative and easy to follow plan with tons of examples and tips, and also provided guidance along the way in my journey. Highly recommend! I asked on very short notice to get in before a doctors appointment and Julie and her team were very accommodating. I got an appointment the next day with Terrance, who was very helpful and really gave me some great advice on how to alter my diet that didn’t seem extreme or hard to do, which I think will help me a lot to stick to our new plan. I really liked that he didn’t rip apart my lifestyle and tried to make a plan that would work for me and how I live. Thanks so much!

I reached out to Julie for help regarding prenatal weight concerns. She quickly hooked me up with a Dietician (Lyndsay Hall) that matched my needs - no judgement, no hassle. I filled out a form beforehand so all my history and eating patterns were known. I think this made the actual appointment go a lot smoother and more efficient, because we didn’t have to spend our time going through it all. Instead we were able to really focus on the areas for improvement. Lyndsay seemed knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and got straight down to the point making the best use of our time. The session turned out to be exactly what I needed. We covered everything I was struggling with and came out with a rough plan that is similar to what I’m already doing yet quite structured. Overall the value provided exceeded my expectations. So far it’s been about three weeks since my consult with Lyndsay and my appetite has gone down dramatically. Being pregnant I haven’t been able to lose any weight (and nor has that been my goal) but the rate I’m gaining at seems to have slowed down somewhat. I will definitely be back as needed to tune up my diet plan and would highly recommend JM Nutrition to anyone in a similar situation.

After 6 months of consistent migraines I could not take any more medication as my Dr had prescribed medications which had severe side effects, so i decided to contact JM Nutrition. Within an hour Julie reached out and told me that she would discuss my case with a nutritionist on her team and they would see if they could assist me. A few days later Vanessa (Nutritionist) contacted me for our first consult over Zoom. we had an in depth meeting and she asked me all the necessary questions which my Dr wasn't asking. Together we came up with a meal plan that was suited to my tastes and liking. 1 month in and I'm migraine free. People who suffer with chronic migraines will know how amazing it is to wake up and not have any headache. I will forever be grateful to Julie and Vanessa for giving me the relief I had been searching for with a slight change in diet. i would definitely recommend their service to anyone who is looking for natural relief rather than medicated relief. Apart from being so efficient in communication, they really go the extra mile and work around a plan that is easy to follow so you see results quickly.

I had a very positive experience with JM Nutrition from start to finish. They immediately replied to my message, explained everything clearly and accommodated my schedule for appointments. Even though I eat Canadian and Indian food, the counselor impressed me with her knowledge of Indian foods, explaining to me which ones were more healthy and better for weight loss. She made me adjust some of these which helped. I liked how they walk you through how big the food portions should be because I was eating too much before. Best of all I don't feel hungry even though I eat less. I also like many of the recipes I received with my package. My wife uses some of these now. The handouts and tips were also very useful. Even though I'm not done the 8 session package, I lost weight fairly easy and generally feel better. I love it how the owner takes personal interest and follows up with me to make sure I got proper service. Nice touch! I'm definitely glad I decided to take my 20 minute drives to their office every couple of weeks because they were worth it. I recommend JM Nutrition to anyone looking for help with their diet.

I've been struggling with healthy eating and weight for a while now. After a good start each time, I go back to my old habits. Not this time. For the first time I was actually educated on the details that make a difference. I had all my questions answered and I had many. Most importantly, I was held accountable when it was needed. I tend to make excuses when things don't go my way which causes me to fall off. I was coached and encouraged to change some of my old patterns. I have been on a weight loss journey for over 4 years and felt like I had tried everything in terms of weight training and diets without seeing any results or minimal results that were not continuous (i.e. losing 10 pounds but then no more weight loss - leading me to think that I only just regained the muscle mass that I used to have). Long story short, I weighed myself at the beginning of this year after the Christmas holidays on January 18th and was unhappy to see my weight at 248 lbs (the heaviest I've ever been). I realized at this point that I needed help and was able to schedule an initial appointment with JM Nutrition the following weekend. At my next weigh in, I was already down to 242 (lost my usual 5 lbs of Christmas weight +1!). By March 14th I was already down to 235 lbs! After this date, the Covid-19 crisis hit and my wife and I ended up staying at my inlaws to 'bunker down' for an unknown amount of time. During this time I was deathly afraid to weigh myself since I thought that I would lose all my results. After receiving a follow-up email from my counselor Lyndsay, I gained the courage to step on the scale on April 17th and was delighted to see that my weight was down by another 7 pounds! That means that my weight loss so far is 20 lbs and that the nutrition plan offered by JM Nutrition is robust enough to even provide results during the Covid-19 crisis! Thank you JM for everything that you've done for me. I am confident in the plan and will definitely stick to it.

Lyndsay Hall is a fantastic dietician! She takes the time to listen to your thoughts and will often refer to past conversations. In my opinion , that speaks volumes as it demonstrates Lyndsay is truly invested in my progress. Julie Mancuso has been so involved by offering support, encouragement , knowledge and often will reiterate key points that Lyndsay has previously shared with me. It's great to see the professionalism of this strong team dynamic. They complement one another by ensuring quality support! I have tried readily available diets. The key factor with seeing a qualified dietician/nutritionist is the one-on-one support. Working with this team, I felt this partnership is open, honest and holds no judgement! The meal plan is easy with healthy food options. When you derive off the food plan. I cannot express enough how uncomfortable you feel. You can see the impact of quality food choices in regards to your overall health. I feel never felt this healthy before with no bloating or any negative results from a poor diet. I will be a life long client! Trust me, it's worth the phone call.

After hitting a plateau in my post-partum weight-loss journey, I contacted JM Nutrition to get some help with the last 15lbs. Pre-baby I was fit, healthy and had a good relationship with food and knew that I wanted to get back to a comfortable weight after the baby. I had some idea of what a good diet may be to lose weight but also feared not providing my son with enough nutrients during the process. I worked with Lyndsay who was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She provided a tailored plan based on mine and my baby’s needs while breastfeeding and included some considerations for after I stopped nursing. She also put some of my guilty pleasures into context to help understand how they affect my goals. What I appreciated the most was that she did not take an all or nothing approach; her approach to nutrition was reasonable (making my goals achievable). The weight started to fall off rapidly (within the first 2 weeks) and I was no longer frustrated because I had the confidence that I was doing the right thing for myself and my son. I highly recommend JM Nutrition for all moms within the first few months post-partum, whether you had a healthy relationship with food before baby or not. Many of us want to get back to our pre-baby weight within the first 9 months (rightly or wrongly) while ensuring our children are properly nourished. It’s great to start early and take the guess work out of it, so you’re not scrambling towards the end. It’s also great to understand what a balanced diet really looks like so I can set a good example for my children. Lyndsay really helped me get there!
