Spoke to Alex over the phone as we are concerned about a family member and never been through this process before.
We found the call to be cold and felt judged and dismissed. Given the costs involved we were left feeling like we would not want our vulnerable family member being left in the care of this place. Avoid.

The team have been amazing, they have been there for me at every call when trying to get help for someone close to me. I am so grateful for their care and expertise, I wouldn’t have known what to do without them at some very low points. It’s not always easy to find companies who genuinely care and so I’m very glad I found Port of Call to help my loved one on the road to recovery.

Very unprofessional , he was desperate for me to part with all the money I could afford , within minutes of talking to him on the telephone , asking for my debit card details , when I said I needed to think about it , he became very minipulative and said I obviously wasn't committed to helping my son , which was not the case , also the few days I could afford wouldn't have been long enough to complete a successful detox , according to other professionals , I later found out he is a drug addict son of a chain pet shop father , I wondered if he was playing on vulnerable people to fund his drug habit
