There are not enough words to say about how great this treatment center is. From the Counselors, to housing techs and staff all are truly Amazing. They take a personal interest in your recovery which makes the entire process that much easier. The tools they give you will help with life-long recovery and sobriety as long as you also put your work in. They will guide you every step of the way. I have been on both sides of the spectrum, working in treatment and being in treatment. Hands down, Blue Crest has one of the best comprehensive PHP and IOP programs I have come across (and I have been exposed to nearly 70-80 different SUD facilities). At the risk of sounding a bit cliche, they truly care about every individual and tailor their treatment plan accordingly. I would recommend my closest friends and family to this facility over all other programs. The staff, including everyone from clinical, case management, administrative, to transportation and housing/BHTs, are all SUPERB and go above and beyond the call in every and any situation.

BlueCrest Recovery Center has been a major force for good in my life. I had been struggling with addiction for several years and the counselors and staff at BlueCrest were extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in providing me with the care that I needed to turn my life around. Not only did they help free me from alcohol addiction but greatly assisted me in a number of major personal life issues and my general mental health. The entire staff and especially my one-on-one counselors took a genuine personal interest in making sure that my needs were being met and that my recovery was progressing and continues to strengthen. They had great insight into the things that I was going through and how to help. I am now a proud member of the BlueCrest family. Overall, I feel great and am truly happy in sobriety. I returned to my career and am looking forward to a new life free of addiction. For the first time in a long time, I feel really great mentally and emotionally and am very optimistic for the future.

BlueCrest recovery center was the best decision I made in my life. Bluecrest really provided me the tools to become and stay sober . All of the staff there is fantastic and very helpful! The housing portion of my stay was also wonderful, the techs were amazing and they made housing there very comfortable. They provided me the tools for my recovery and pushed me to get a sponsor on work on my steps which was a life changing experience! , also the groups at the center are all positive and very informal and extremely helpful , they touch on so many topics and support everything you say and how you feel and show no judgment what so ever, I would definitely recommend Bluecrest to a friend or family member if they are in need for help and treatment

I went to Bluecrest as an inpatient in February and stayed until April 1st. I am presently attending out patient therapy and I cannot say enough about BlueCrest. The postings here tell it all.....these clients are happy and proud to share their name and their experiences. They are proud of their recovery made possible by BlueCrest.
It may be cliche, but BlueCrest definitely saved my life, and saved my family.The housing was beautiful, comfortable, and so conducive to recovery. It was in housing that I met my sober buddies that will be a part of my journey forever. My family is so proud of my progress and they are learning to trust me again. They attended family meetings that were so very effective in helping them understand their suffering and helping them to understand my suffering also and to deal effectively.
I have been a healthcare professional for many years, and the professional staff is outstanding. They are knowledgeable and well educated in addiction counseling. Many are recovering also, so they can relate to us without judgement or prejudice. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure the clients are well cared for. When COVID hit he brought in gym equipment to help us stay focused and calm and took extra care to be sure we had our favorite food and proper cleaning supplies, not easy when the pandemic first hit!
In addition, the educational theme revolves around the 12 Steps of Recovery, which, I believe, is unique to BlueCrest.
If you are suffering or you have someone dear to you who is suffering, BlueCrest is the place to start recovering.

I have been to multiple treatment centers through out my life battling addiction and alcoholism. I have tried all sorts of places but never could stay sober. Bluecrest is by far the best treatment center i have ever been to. All the staff are warm,friendly and have your best interest at heart. They gave me the tools and set me up with everything i needed for my sobriety. They set me up with a sponsor and allowed me to start working steps while still in treatment which gave me a very good foundation for when I left treatment. They gave me great insight on myself and my addiction. Bluecrest saved my life. For anyone struggling with alcohol or drugs I would highly recommend this treatment center.

Blue Crest has completely changed my life. Everyone that works there cares about you and your recovery. You are not just a number or insurance check to them. Their recovery program is set up to give you the tools to stay sober for life not just short term. Having been to multiple rehabilitation centers, It’s safe to say BlueCrest Recovery Center is the gold standard of treatment. I felt they had my best interest at heart, from the Directors, to the counselors, and technicians. I am truly grateful for BlueCrest and all of their staff!!! As soon as I got there I felt comfortable and cared for. The first week is always the hardest but the support I received was amazing and I was able to finally become vulnerable and work on a lot of core issues. This place is very AA big book oriented and they help you find a sponsor which for me was essential in beginning the process towards recovery. If you are serious about getting help this is the place to go to!

Bluecrest is a wonderful facility, Each and everyone of the employees genuinely care about the clients and just make you feel very hopeful about your recovery. The housing aspect of it really makes me feel at home and is easy to grow really strong bonds with the rest of the clients, the housing director Bonnie and my house manager Kaitlin are amazing at what they do and make our time here really fun and equally recovery oriented. Every Saturday we go out and do and activity, followed by daily AA/NA meetings. My experience here at bluecrest has been amazing and recommend it for anyone seeking treatment.

Have a 93 year old Mother at home not allowed to talk to. Would think they would have some common sense. Blackout my phone for 21 days is showing no compassion at Rockway house. Said I would leave the next day. Told I had to leave that night. That's how it is being black in America.

Bluecrest Recovery Center has helped me with my recovery. The counselors are professional and experts in the field of addiction, recovery, and family counseling. They have given me hope. During my stay I have had a spiritual experience along with a spiritual awakening. I have become very connected to my higher power. BCRC has helped me find a sponsor in which I meet with and speak to every day. BCRC educates in how to have a length long sobriety one day at a time. All staff are available at all times of the day to talk to. Most of all I was provided a counselor who gives me guidance, support, faith and will be available to speak to me in the future. BCRC also has yoga and meditation groups. It is a 12 step treatment center which will help in maintaining life long sobriety one day at a time.

BlueCrest is one-of-a-kind. If you need a recovery center for a loved one, BlueCrest is the place to go! Not only do they give amazing, individualized support to the client but they wholeheartedly care about the family. Their insight, compassion, and willingness to stay connected was remarkable. The center truly believes in making themselves available and assisting in helping everyone who is connected to the person in recovery.
I was very impressed with the opportunities that were available to my husband during his recovery. They take the whole person into account! My husband's experience was extremely positive due to the great counselors at BlueCrest. Not only was Mark a huge support for my husband but he was easy to talk to, informative, and always made himself available to answer my questions.
I highly recommend going to Family Night with Mark and Lynne if your loved one is at the recovery center. The sessions were eye-opening, comforting, honest, and refreshing, all at the same time.
BlueCrest is the place to go if you're looking for a dedicated team that is determined to help support your loved one on their road to recovery!

If it weren't for BlueCrest, my son would either be dead or in prison. I called BlueCrest during Memorial Day Weekend last year and the outreach counselor answered right away. He was so compassionate. He guided my reluctant son through the admissions process. After a stint at detox, my son was in partial care and had a bed in one of their houses for about 2 months. He was then referred to a sober living facility where he has been living for about half a year, all while continuing to attend the program at BlueCrest and hold down a new, full-time job. He has been clean & sober for about 9 months.
I owe everything to the entire staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, goes out of their way to take care of the family members as well as the clients. Of course, it is up to the alcoholic/addict to take full advantage of the myriad therapeutic programs they offer, to find a sponsor and work the steps. The compassionate staff at BlueCrest go above and beyond to help clients accomplish all that because they truly care about them and love them like family. They care about the family as well since they offer Family Night sessions every Wednesday evening. They are excellent counselors, giving family members and clients the tools to deal with addiction and co-dependency. Every day I give thanks that the GoogleGods led me to BlueCrest.

Wow! This center put my recovery and well-being above all else. No regular insurance BS from them. They accepted me as broken as I was and have made me have faith and hope again. My counselor, Stephanie, is absolutely amazing and she worked with me every step of the way. All of the staff kept up with where I was at in my recovery and always offered kind and encouraging words. So I will start off by saying this... I have been struggling with drug addiction since I was a teenager, I am now 40. With that being said I have been to numerous rehabs and treatment centers and prior to this one, still wasn’t able to maintain long term sobriety. What differentiated this program from the rest in my experience was their unique combination of clinical staff, counseling, peer to peer feedback, and making the 12 step program the core of their curriculum, and in the end that made all the difference for me and many others. I had never been to a place that was as accommodating as Blue Crest, they went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected from a treatment center which has totally changed my life on so many levels, and is why I consider them to be more family then anything else.
