I worked with Amy Flinner and she by far was one of the most genuine and caring person that I have ever met! I 10/10 recommend if your in look for a car to go to the barberton location and ask to work with her! Thank you for all the help youve given me!!????

“WE BUY CARS” This place will try to literally dislocate your jaw when giving you an offer, BOOK Values said my truck was worth 13k trade in and they can sell it for 16k its in great shape needs nothing, these guys offered 8k save your time, don’t waste you energy.

I purchased a 2020 Ram Laramie about two weeks. Hands down the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. No games. Other Ram dealerships refused to give pricing via email or phone. Fred Martin discussed a price that we agreed on then I just came in to sign papers. They will be the only dealership I’ll consider for my next Ram.

I worked with Taylor Black and looked into getting new tires for my car. They didn’t have the specific tires in stock that I needed, but Taylor worked with me and got a set from out of state. He kept in touch with me during the shipment process and again once my car was brought into the shop. Taylor was awesome to work with and I will definitely bring my vehicle back for more work when needed!

I’ve never been to Fred Martin for service. My fiancé and I took her car here for tires. They didn’t have what we wanted in stock. However, the service advisor Taylor ordered them for us and the shipping was very quick. For a dealership that’s so big, I always question customer service. The service here was efficient and organized.

Know someone that bought a truck from them and said it has been through service and the truck was not through service had to put 300 dollars worth of brakes on it and now the ecm is messed up in it and they want over $6,000 for the repair that should have never happened if the truck was inspected and serviced like they said the man paid $28,000 for the truck and has not been able to drive it
