Another less reputable would have promised me the moon only to bait & switch me in the end. Your apparent integrity will no doubt lead me back to your establishment when all the planets align. Bought a 2013 Chevy Spark from Fred Martin in October 2018 and I absolutely love it. The whole buying process was quick and painless. Jeremy Wooten, my salesperson, was wonderful - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, staying in touch with me via text and phone calls, and going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When my check engine light came on a couple of weeks later, Scott Keener in Service took care of that quickly and efficiently. Overall, I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle AND the service I've received from Fred Martin and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

While i wish i could give this place a 5 star because my Salesman Justin was amazing. When i had a small hiccup Bob in Finance which refuses to give out his last name (i wonder why) was horrible to work with. I hope this review is read and they send Bob to a customer service course because the rest of my experience was what you would expect.
After talking to Justin about this he immediately got me in front of someone else in Finance and my problem was resolved in seconds.
Why couldn't you take the time to listen Bob?
As you can tell i am still very upset about this so i gave them 4 stars instead of the 3 that i really wanted to give.
Thank you Justin and the guy in Finance which i do not recall you name.

Went in for a oil service and a tire rotation. Tech put tires against my new vehicle. I said hey that might not be a good idea that could scratch the vehicle he said well I could put the tire through your windshield
! Great service. After buying 6 new vehicles in the last 2 years I believe I will not be buying new vehicles or have them serviced here anymore!

Mike Sanderfer is one of the best people I have worked with in finding a vehicle. He went above and beyond and then backflips for us on our buying journey. If you want to buy at Fred Martin, the entire staff was great but Mike is the one you want to work with. As long as he is in sales, I will buy from him.

I can’t recommend, my experience was less then stellar. Michelle was not helpful nor knowledgeable when it comes to certain ways the dealers do things. Nor was a finance guy I talked too. They lied about putting me through to the banks, the store ran my credit but they never sent me to the banks. I just really don’t appreciate the BS they are spewing.
They just seem uninterested if your situation is different from others with good credit. They seem to brush you off and give up on trying.
I was given a lecture rather then business. That’s not what I come here for. Even with money down they don’t even want to continue still.
I’d love to like every dealer, but things turn quite quickly.
Also, I’d avoid the service department. Brakes, recalls, all supposedly done on a vehicle I bought. None were true. It’s sad honestly.
