DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
Made an appointment to look at a Jeep. Drove an hour and a half to be told it was already sold. Made the appointment at 10:30am and was there by 2:30. None of the workers even cared and just pushed us back out the door. Would never do business with these low class rude salesmen.

Went with a friend who got a car. It took most of my day up waiting but it may have been a combination of her credit and the banks approving. I think sending them your information to them before you some so it'll make things go quicker. The guy she worked with was very sweet and he even got both my son's a few toys to play with since they had to wait so long with us. Only received a 3-star because I was a bystander not really receiving service.

I have been to Fred Martin twice over the last 2 years but the last one was the worst time ever at a car dealership. I went with my son to purchase his first car on his own. He had never purchased a car before and had a set amount he wanted to stay within. He had half that amount for a down payment, and had a set payment for what he wanted to stay within monthly. After arriving we immediately told them that we need to go to the back building for new credit and challenged credit. I been through that before and I knew that’s where we needed to be. Apparently no you can’t do that. We had to meet with a salesperson in the main building, then we “waited” only to be told that someone else would have to help us. Then we go to the back building (imagine that) to meet with special financing. We then test drove 3 cars that met what he was looking for. After he decided on one we started more paperwork. Then the salesperson returned with a payment twice what we said he wanted to do. The salesperson tried to work his magic to convince my son what a great offer it was. I told him absolutely not. That they were taking advantage of him. Finally after they swore there was nothing else they could do, as we were loading up to leave, the salesperson runs out and asked him would he still take the car for $$$$. Believe it or not it was way less than what my son said he would pay from the beginning. We did leave with his new car. Payment less than he wanted to do from the start. We arrived at 11:30 am and left at 6:20 pm. They kept us waiting a lot. They seemed uninterested in what numbers we presented them with from the start. They kept showing us vehicles way out of our price range. Then after finding one in our budget, wouldn’t agree on the payment he stated from the beginning. Only after getting in my car to leave at the end of the day did they come back with a lower payment. (Seems it was the end of the day and “needed the sale” according to salesperson. I can assure you we will never go back. They are horrible.

I stopped in to look for a vehicle and just wanted to know if they had something that met my criteria and I did not like that the first thing they ask for is my name and number. Let's first find out if have what I'm looking for.
Second I didn't like that the salesman kept trying to push something that I told him clearly no I was not interested.
Overall an underrated and mediocre experience. I could have looked at the website and had a better experience...

Our car buying experience at Fred Martin was great and they made it an easy buying experience. We went in looking for Jeep Cherokee, but left with the Grand Cherokee instead and thankfully within our budget! TYLER was a great and attentive salesman. I appreciate that he went in on his day off to help us finalize our trade in and complete the sale of our new vehicle. I forgot the finance dept. gentleman's name, but he was very kind and helpful as well.. We got more than what we expected and that is great customer service and a nice Jeep!! Definitely recommend them!

I bought a 2018 jeep renegade. I can’t even remember my sales guys name but he told me he would tint my windows so they all match. On my test drive I said the alignment was off. When we got back they checked it out and said it was because one of the tires had low pressure. That was totally not the case. The passenger window whistles while driving even though it’s all the way up. And to top it off, the sales guy gave me quotes of how much he thought my payment would be. It ended up being $50 more a month because they added on a warranty I never even said I wanted!! I would never recommend this place or go there ever again! When I called to talk to a manager they transferred me to another dealership because I think the receptionist was mad about why I was calling! They have absolutely lost my recommendation and business!!

I go in stating no games no issues. just be honest up front. they respect that. Jeff dealt with me for few hours trying to decide what to do, he did not pressure me. I told him either I stay in my current truck or I will upgrade. he just showed me what I asked about. the process is always a little time consuming but everyone should expect that. Thanks Jeff for looking out for me and a very good deal on 2021 Ram Bighorn Northern Edition.

I went to Fred martin super store to do a test drive on a volkswagen atlas and wanted to trade my 2016 volkswagen jetta in they were only going to give me $5,500 for my car I owe 12,200 on it my car is in good condition the customer service is horrible and it seems like they wanted me to put alot of money down am glad I didn't do a credit application worst place to go and very unprofessional staff to not to mention they said they can help me and I get there and they don't they are liars

Non-stressful buying experience. Very responsive and friendly staff. Our salesman was nice, but could have been a little more knowledgeable. Certainly not disappointed in our salesman though! This is good sized dealership with lots of cars. That said, we still had to locate my Jeep from another dealership. They were able to get it in rather quickly. Financing was quick and a pleasant experience overall.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE GETTINF A VEHICLE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STRESS AND AT ALL COSTS AVOID FRED MARTIN! If there was -5 stars then I’d have no hesitation giving that! Their service department is totally IRRESPONSIBLE, it’s nearly impossible reaching them! Also they do not put the customer first nor do they try to work with you to help! We were treated with a complete attitude at all times when we could finally talk to our advisor, which happened to be maybe the 2nd time she’d answered out of 50 calls. Horrible place don’t waste your time, go to Sarchione!

We leased a 2020 Ram Laramie from them and everything went great. When we wanted to get another vehicle we immediately went to their website and found the minivan we wanted. The words on the first picture stated that the minivan had heated seats. We did a deal over the phone and said as long as everything was the way they said it was we were good to go. It was on Halloween and we have little ones and didn’t have all day to be there like we did with the Ram. We drove up there and my husband signed the paperwork. When we got home we looked it over and discovered there were no heated seats. My husband called them and told them the minivan didn’t have the heated seats like advertised and all they were willing to do was to give us $150 off the price of installing the heated seats which cost us out of our pocket almost $400. Also, buyer beware that if the vehicle is under $10,000 you loose out on lifetime warranty on engine and transmission. You also are not able to return the vehicle under their 7 day guarantee.
