My wife and I bought a Certified Used 2017 Jeep Renagade Trailhawk from here in May 2020 and an extended (Wrap Warranty) to cover the SUV until 100,000 miles. Miles when about it had just about 48,000 miles on it! It now has around 62,000 the big problem is that when the it needs repair and if the broken part isn’t covered by the wrap warranty then it’s full repair price and just to look is $105.00! If I could give zero stars or negative I would the warranty is useless we are paying extra for nothing and the sale staff was even pushy when dealing would not allow any but us to deal on Jeep Renagades!

When you go to Fred Martin...Lonnie should be your guy! Could not find the particular desired model on the lot or even within a 200 mile online search. Lonnie spent extra time, found one in Maryland, closer to the actual purchaser, and supplied all the info on the other dealer! Great service, no pressure, just friendly help!! Fresh air!! After purchasing 2 vehicles from them, watching there service department pr go down hill through out the years. I recently tried to purchase a truck from them. Dealing with DeAndre Jones was less than pleasant after showing him the same truck at a different dealer almost $4000 cheaper he still refused to work with me on the price. Ultimately loosing me as a customer. I will never return to them again.

The first salesman I dealt with told us information about our projected car payments, and loan information that was not accurate. The second salesman was more knowledgeable and gave us more accurate numbers but seemed to want to rush the process which he later had to email me back to get information the business should have had before finalizing the purchase.
The business required us to trade in a vehicle or give $1,000 up down to get the auto loan. I decided to give the $1,000 down. Now approximately three weeks later someone contacted my wife stating that they need an additional $2,400 down along with the $1,000 we already put down approximately three weeks ago. Today a finance/ loan specialist contacted me stating he is contacting me in hopes to help me buy a vehicle. When I informed the finance specialist that I had already purchased a vehicle from them (Fred Martin Superstore) he was confused and stated he would get more information as to why the salesman team wanted him to contact me. When the finance specialist contacted me back he stated he had to gather even more information about my wife and me that the salesman should have obtained. The finance specialist also informed me that the auto loan has decided to go back on the loan and not loan the money due to a change in the original agreement (either a vehicle trade in or $1,000). I informed the finance specialist that I chose to pay the $1,000 down instead of trading in a vehicle. The finance specialist informed me that they decided to decline the loan due to me not trading a vehicle in. The finance specialist stated he would look into other lenders to see if he could get us a loan. I told the finance specialist not to run our credit due to them running our credit approximately nine times when they stated they would only run it three times. The finance specialist stated he would not run our credit until he got more information and contacted me back. I have not yet received a call back from the finance specialist but did receive five notifications that Fred Martin ran my credit.

Don't buy a vehicle from this place. They don't keep their word to do things promised when you buy a car. Plus, they use the Speedy across the street for maintenance who is even worse and dishonest. Even something as simple as saying they rotate tires and the tires aren't rotated does matter.

The easiest car buying experience I have had in a long time! I went in looking for a specific vehicle they had on their website and it was being driven as a demo at the time. Better yet they found me the same vehicle with only 2 miles on it! I was between two vehicles, Joe pulled them both up front and went through comparisons with us. Two weeks ago I ended up with a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X and we LOVE IT! In and out in 3 1/2 hours and 30 minuets was waiting on detail! Joe Shean is your guy if you want hassle free, easy process car buying experience. Couldnt give the dealership a better rating! Clean, Professional, Smooth process all around!

Purchased a new Ram today and this was hands down the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Scott did some quick legwork for me and made it happen, him and Lonnie were top notch. I spent less than 10 minutes total on the phone during the whole deal, there were absolutely no surprises, everything was straight forward, and I felt comfortable with doing business almost completely over the phone as it saved me a ton of time. Vehicle arrived to me perfect, clean, and all of my questions were answered. I think this sets the standard to on how vehicles should be sold from here on out. Would recommend 110%.
