Well over hiked prices which takes the piss out of the poeple who have to use this hospital. The layout of the store is designed to try and get poeple to buy Items they may not want or need, Just to get a news paper you have to pass every item in the shop first, dirty tactics, should hang there heads in shame.

In my last travel, due to lack of battery I bought pre-charged portable power bank in Luton Airport WHSmith. The power bank wasn't pre-charged and when I tried to charge it, it doesn't charge. Since it hasn't been a month I tried to exchange it in St. Thomas WHSmith for a working power bank and I was refused and rudely informed by Bernardete Level that they don't handle this and any problems with this particular brand it has be handled directly with the brand... I was also told that I should have been informed about this in the first store by the cashier. There is no visible information in store about this situation. I have the legal right to a refund if I return the fault good within the first 30days, let alone an exchange!
