From packaging to product everything is so gorgeous and elite, it sets the mood right every time I use my products. I would stress upon the dexterity this store symbolises: this place is not just a business it's an emulation of family for the way they respect every item which gets delivered in separate packing to prevent damage when it's set out to meet a new home. I cannot wait to visit in person!!!!

A wonderful online experience. I had a few questions prior to making my purchase which were all answered promptly. Received my order, beautifully packaged, in under a week even though it was shipping to Canada. I wouldn't hesitate to order again. A very charming shop.

Due to lockdown I have not visited the shop, but the online experience is amazing. They get the balance of a great easy to use website and a post sales personal service that is wonderful and thouhtful. There is an incredible range of beautiful, useful things (William Morris would be proud) and you should order the wrapping service even if you are ordering for yourself for the wrapping is a thing of beauty.

Choosing Keeping is the best overseas online shopping experience I have ever had. The staff responded my inquiries promptly and the ordering process was provided to me until the order arrived in front of my door. The three orders arrived within 5 days from the UK to US. I ordered some watercolour paints and brushes which are absolutely beautiful. One of the brushes was not available but the store contacted me and asked if they could send me an equivalent. The delivery of the package was crazy quick too...from London, UK to Ottawa, Canada. All in all I would order from them again, very pleasant experience.

First: ordering from the states was painless (in fact, navigating their site was a pleasure). They communicated clearly, and my items were received in a very timely manner, especially considering that this is the holiday season!
This was my first order, but it will not be my last! Their composition notebooks are sturdy and gorgeous, and I cannot wait to fill the pages. Packaging was tidy and done with care.

Via google I ended up at this beautiful store that also sells stationery stuff. I was so impressed with such a wonderful wide range. I have found beautiful tape dispensers and it was so difficult to make a choice. So many beautiful and different choices. I have made contact with the store and I have had a quick and pleasant mail contact. I have received my order within 2 working days (Europe). Beautifully packaged and you can see that a lot of attention has been paid. I think packaging is very important, for me it is a way to see how you are valued as a customer. Choosing Keeping has definitely now become a favorite store. Thank you very much and I look forward to another order.

I ordered my mum a diary for Christmas and it is beautiful! Every detail even down to the packaging it is posted in was incredible. The box had beautiful stickers on, and the diary was wrapped up, again with the same stickers. Even the invoice had my name hand written on it. I cannot recommend enough!

Amazing service! I bought a Ohnishi Seisakusho Tortoise Shell Celluloid Ballpoint Pen for my wife's birthday. The actual colourway I wanted was out of stock at the time of order. As the big day approached the pen had not arrived so I emailed the store and they reassured me I would get it in time and that there had been a slight delay due to stock keeping ( and the pandemic of course). This gave me a chance to check if the pen I wanted was now in stock, it was, a quick phone call later and I had swapped my order to the one I wanted. This was all done with ease. Madeleine, who I dealt with, was friendly and as helpful as can be. The pen was stunning and beautifully gift-wrapped. All in all an amazing experience and one really only possible when dealing with small, people focused businesses.

I did an online order for two Christmas decorations and am thrilled I did.
The whole experience was quite enchanting. The parcel came with a sparkly gold and red bordered label that was handwritten in fountain pen and a wrapping paper of a glossy dark forest green, and not just the bare box . I sat and admired it for a day before I opened it .
Inside the box , carefully cocooned was another box, and oh the most beautiful gold sticker in the shape of a swallow. This has been most carefully cut to preserve it , and the decorations will always go back into it .
The decorations are just stunning , I bought the girl holding a balloon and the clip on mouse .
I will be back for more next year , in person if it is possible .
If I have to order it the parcel it will be worth the anticipation.

What a success!!
The book ???? was fabulous, such beautiful quality, and arrived beautifully packaged and wrapped with the gift wrap service ????. Well worth the money.
The attention to detail was wonderful, not just of the book but the customer service: although ordering online I wanted to discuss my choices and Julia was so helpful and patient on the phone; nothing was too much trouble, even at the busy Christmas time.
I will be definitely be buying from Choosing Keeping again and can’t wait to think of more people to gift one of their gorgeous notebooks to!

Good array of products not available elsewhere. Parcel arrived extremely well presented in perfect condition. Dispatch took a little longer than optimal (there is a box to request quick dispatch in the payment section) but this is likely due to them being very busy, once dispatched, parcel arrived next day.

I placed an order with this company from overseas. The items arrived, nicely packed and labeled with beautiful near-calligraphy handwritten thanks on the invoice. It was touching that the staff at Choosing Keeping put so much heart and artistry into the fine details of their shipments. That was unexpected and such a nice surprise... rather heartwarming in an age where communications can seem so cold. The team here exemplifies what their company is all about! It shines through in their care for customers and presentation of their products.
I appreciated that they made such a lovely impression. I would recommend purchasing gifts for others from them, since you can be assured the recipient will be presented with beautifully packaged items.
Even though I have not visited the store, a photo was included which helped me imagine being there, and it’s clearly a wonderful place with a unique collection of products such as stationery, pens, and office supplies.
I will buy from them again and will visit someday when I am in the area.

Being able to shop in London, UK from the US is like a dream come true, as is Choosing Keeping. I ordered on a Sunday. My order was shipped within the next few hours, packaged with care, and sent via DHL. I received it Wednesday. I have ordered products from the US to me in the US that have taken far longer! Sent a gift set of > £120 for a friend's birthday with gift-wrapping and £24 for international shipping, but when it arrived an item was missing. The shop's response was to simply issue a refund for the item itself (£12.5) without consulting me, and without considering that if I ordered the item again, the shipping will cost another £24. One was the oversight itself, and the other was the response. Disappointed.

An absolute gem of a shop. Visiting in person is such a special experience - it's like stepping into Diagon Alley! - but throughout the pandemic placing orders with them has been an utter delight. They always come carefully packaged, impeccably wrapped, and each item is always stunning. An amazing range of fountain pens (I have become addicted) and their composition ledgers are, in particular, my favourites. Ordered some lovely stationery from Choosing keeping Customer service is exemplary, the desktop grey tape dispenser I ordered was not in stock, and they apologised for the system showing the incorrect information and gave me some other options. I then ordered the desktop Cast Iron single tape dispenser. The package arrived and when I went to collect it, the guys at the customer services said that a beautifully wrapped parcel had arrived.
When I opened the package at home, each item was individually wrapped from the scissors to the tape dispenser. It made opening each item a special treat.
This is a great shop, and reminded me of the wonderful stationery shops in Florence. A great shop, fantastic staff, and highly, highly recommend.
