Clean, well spaced out, good for finding plenty of Moleskine books. Staff send pleasant and didn't pester, which I always appreciate! They have a great selection of pens too, if that's your thing.

Good shop despite for male assistant who was extremely rude when I asked if I could exchange a product. I realised I'd bought the wrong item just after payment - when I politely asked him if I could exchange it, he did not hesitate to pull an extremely annoyed face and tell me to do 'whatever I want'. Sorry but that's not very good customer service. P.s. Female staff were lovely.

Came into the store a few days ago to buy a card for my daughters 18th birthday as paperchase is where I always buy birthday gifts and cards and love this shop so much!
As I was looking around there were other people shopping around and an Arab family who were looking around along with their young children , one holding a basket.
I was so shocked to see one of you’re members of staff , a young dark skinned lady head towards the child not only to take the basket out of his hand but to snatch the object out of his hand that he was looking at and put it back where it came from!
I thought that was very rude and disrespectful, if you have customers come into you’re shop making you money you’d think you’d give them the best customer service.
You’re members of staff are meant to be helpful and friendly , not rude and off putting.
I work in retail myself and if I was to see one of my members Of staff act in such a manner there would be concequences
However I did buy my card and was happy with my purchase but not so much the customer service
