So I’ve tried to order online and had no success. I called the store today and they agreed there are problems ordering online as they’d received other complaints. I asked if they would supply my order and post out to me, I offered to pay the postage. Answer No can’t/won’t help. You have to visit the store.Bearing in mind the other two London stores are closed I feel this is extremely short sighted and awful customer service.

If you’re around this area then I’d recommend this store over the Oxford Street store. They have the same stock but the staff is much better informed, in case you have queries. The fact that both the stores do not stock all their product lines and you’ll still need to go online for some of it, leaves room for improvement.

As a lover of all things Moleskine it is always a treat to see the range of products in the flesh. The store is pretty small and feels a little too compact. The bags they use in the store are great material bags that you can reuse.

A wonderful company! Many different and usable things to buy... But too expensive! Lots of different scrapbooks! Bags and stuffs like that! We want to buy all the store! There are colour pencils!

Not overly impressed as the staff member, although very nice, didn't know how to use the till properly - was making a part payment on a gift card. No one else in the store but I was left to call the gift card company myself to sort things out. Ended up giving the staff member an impromptu training course on how to use his own till! And, come to think of it, he didn't say thank you either.

Popped into the Canary Wharf branch to find a book that had lined pages and graticule pages but there wasnt one. What surprised me was how little the variation of content was between the products.
Just a branded stationers shop at the end of the day.

Nice store but no staff talked to me, no Hello, nothing. They both stayed behind the counter. As the atmosphere was a bit frozen here I decided to walk away though I wanted to buy the nice Peter Pan notepad.
