I had to send a package through DHL which this shop has a agency for. I found the staff very helpful they help me pick box size & pack it. They also help fill in form to send as I have problem with my fingers. Much appreciate.

Nicely stocked and they are willing to help if you need it but at times I've been in and observed, it seems they favour certain customers over others, someone will be in front and then they are nice as pie laughing then as soon as someone else steps forwards they look them up and down and decide then and there they don't like them for whatever reason and the face turns down and they go monotone on you, quite bizarre!

I went to the branch to send money via Western Union. There was only one staff member that was trained. I had to wait for over 20 minutes. The supervisor was very nice but slow. When it got to the end of the transaction, it said it would not allow my transaction to go through. The supervisor and other staff member insisted I make the payment of £500 and if there was an issue I could go back to them. A few days I return to the branch and I request for my money and without the slightest bit of care, they say they do not have enough money. Poor service and incompetent service

The one main issue I have is the quality of their print: it's terrible for the price being offered. It is sometimes so faded that I wonder why I'm paying so much for that price! I can get it much much cheaper at my local internet shop. I only used this store because I work near by!

We printed documents here. She forgot some files, printed unnecessary colorful pages, and we payed a lot of money. For this money we could buy 2 new printers. extra 2 pounds for service, which was awful. Do not go there! Never!

I paid 6.90 pounds for printing and scanning 7 pages in black and white. What kind of profit are they making from this? 1000% of the real cost?
You buy a burger for that price, and it's a bunch of products coming from months of growing and a huge chain of processing and distribution. It doesn't make any sense.

the staff were extremely kind and helpful. As soon as i walked in staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Also asked me if i had a student card which most staff at any establishment rarely do which was great because i forgot.

Mean and rude staffs. Shout out loud to kid in front of all clients around while they just try the color pen on provided paper. Then explaining only "want-to-buy" client can try. Should have a notice outside: Must buy something if you get in. Hope their kid was treated well.

Still in the shop waiting for something to be binded... It's taken them over an hour and while I've been here, I've realised I'm not the only one getting bad service. Completely uninterested, unhelpful, rude staff. Charged me 2 quid to get something off a USB stick and I paid 1.59 for two paper clips I needed (as well as everything else being stupidly overpriced). Even online it said the shop was closed today, which it wasn't... How is this shop operating?! Never coming to this shop let alone Rymans again!
