Good morning, i arrived at Toyota of Irving on 5/5/21 for an oil change with Janine my service person but today is her day off so a SUPPER nice guy Wesley assisted me. His customer service was outstanding. For it to be so early he was kind and friendly and so out going. THAT is what i call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER!! IF you are looking for a dealership and a honest service dept who won't try to take your money, you better come to Toyota of Irving.

Require face masks for entry even after mandate is over. Quote "This is a private company and it's our requirement" when I asked if they were providing them to customers they said no you have to leave and come back with one. UNACCEPTABLE! if you're going to push left agenda you can at least come out of pocket. I will be steering everyone away from this company for years to come.

Sales professional Ryan Murphy went above and beyond from the time we located the car online to him reaching out and starting the negotiation process, all the way to handing us the keys. Very accommodating especially when we are 3 hours away.
Finance manager Ana Bellamine as well was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. We cannot say anything less than we felt like we were treated like family.
I also want to thank the sweet Wilma Brown who was awesome as well. Thank you all!
We are ready to enjoy our 2021 Highlander Platinum AWD and we look forward to referring friends, family and God willing doing more business with you in the future!

I was pre-approved with my bank and had a great rate. I went to a few other dealerships and they all tried to push me to finance through them and would not give me pricing information without wanting to run my credit or offering really high prices. Toyota of Irving did exactly what I needed and simply offered me a vehicle at a great price without pushing me to do things I didn't want or without holding my driver's license ransom until they tried every tactic they had to try and pressure me to buy.
Vanessa was very nice and helpful. Thank you for being easy to work with and providing me with a hassle free experience. I'd rate higher if I could.

Brought my car here for the first time and I’m only reviewing the customer service ONLY right now! My intake person was Ava! Her customer service was above and beyond! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about getting my car serviced here! If you’re in management and you’re reading this give her some sort of raise! I mean her customer service alone is what made me give this dealership a chance on servicing my car! Also the person who made my appointment was Ashley and she was very nice and welcoming! I complimented her customer service as well! I’m hoping the service guys are just as good as the people I’ve encountered so far! I will update this review when I’m done getting my car serviced!

I totally recommend Toyota of Irving!! Three cars from two different sales representatives.The process was so easy & fast with no pressure!! Vanessa Silva & Roger Castro are the BEST sales representatives I've met!!! They both went above & beyond!! I bought my car from Vanessa she is just awesome!! She just makes it happen!! She has helped me in all my requests I cant say enough!! Thank you Vanessa! My husband & I worked with Roger the first time

I came in for a State Inspection and my advisor Ava was wonderful and very straightforward! I had a coupon as well and it was honored (wasn't expired yet!) And the wait was no more than an hour, though it helped I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. Love coming to this dealership, haven't had a bad experience yet!

I found a car online that I was very interested in. Wilma was amazing and assisted me every way she could. When I got to the dealership to look at the car, Zsolt took really good care of us. He made the purchase of our car super easy and problem free. He also sped up the process knowing we lived 2 1/2 hours away and needed to get back home. Their price, service, and attention to detail was wonderful! I highly recommend Toyota of Irving. If you find something you like, don’t hesitate to go there.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the service I received today from Wesley.
In October, I moved to Irving, and knew I would need service on my Tacoma. The first place I reached out to was Toyota of Dallas.
Unfortunately, the gentlemen I spoke to was nothing like Wesley. He rude, condescending, and didn’t have one helpful word in his mouth.
I decided to not have my truck serviced there based on that one interaction.
Today, was a completely different story. The pickup was prompt, text messages were sent with updates, and then I get a call from Wesley.
Wesley is personable, informative, kept me posted, and just has an amazing demeanor. The level of Customer Service was nothing short of 5 stars.
My relationship with Toyota has spanned over the last 14 years, my current Tacoma being my 4th vehicle.
Solely based on my interaction with Wesley, I will continue to bring my vehicle to Toyota of Irving, as well as when my lease is up coming back to get a new truck.
Every interaction counts and can make or break a business, whether it’s from the initial call or the drop off.
Thank you for employing Wesley, he is really setting the tone for repeat business.

This facility is always clean neat and definitely follows covid protocols I've only dealt with one person and the service area and that is Miss Janine I schedule my appointments through her when I visit I make sure she's available although I'm sure there are others but I really enjoy working with her she gives excellent detail and what's going on updates and what's happening and even quotes for future needs she definitely enjoys her job you can really tell everyone there is friendly...... If you need a sales rep ask for MO if you need your car serviced ask for Ms Janine two thumbs up

Super system to schedule appt. on line with a reminder call. Prompt greeting upon arrival and assistance with greeter with an issue with my hands free phone. Janeen Forneris, my tech, went over the services with promptness and her usual professionalism. I had asked that my squeeky brake be reviewed and it was taken care of immediately. I have had my vehicle serviced at this location since it was purchased 8 years old. Excellent group of people who actually listen when you have concerns.

The service department deserves 5 stars. I purchased my 2020 rav4 last year at this location. Josue helped me get my car serviced at 15,000 miles and I will be surely going back to Josue every time. He made it smooth and was very knowledgeable. I needed some extra work done on my car (thanks to the Texas Roads) but Josue found me and spoke to me about it then with my confirmation added it to my service and my car was still finished in the time he ensured it would be. My last experience in service wasn’t good at all so thankful he was able to change that. So if you want your car serviced and want that extreme customer service please see Josue in the service advisor department! Thank you Toyota of Irving for the excellent service !

We bought our Ravie here back in 2019 and worked with some amazing sales team. Rickie Ventura, the Service Manager here is amazing. He always takes good care of the customers, patient enough to understand the customer needs and set correct expectations on the wait time and stuff. Thoroughly fed up with car shopping I reluctantly contacted Toyota of Irving via their website, and agreed to come in and talk to them about a new vehicle. The new car manager, Ben Tran, and salesman Carlos Valles, put together a deal that was fair and honest, and I ended up with my beautiful red Rav4 (li'l Ruby). Even when I had to take Ruby back to the service department several days later (for an issue that turned out to be my fault) I was treated with kindness and patience.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Toyota of Irving. Everyone I encountered were part of a team that seemed genuinely glad to provide the best customer service possible.

Literally everyone you encounter here is so polite and eager to help you as quickly as possibly. Brought my car in for an oil change and Ashley was my tech. She was very helpful and checked everything thoroughly for me. I had a separate issue with my keys from when I bought my car and I spoke with Zolt in sales (he was the same agent that helped me buy my car last year). He went above and beyond to help me out. Love this location and I will recommend it to everyone I know.

A super great experience. We came in late with the intention to see the cars in person vs. online. Stella Manchego took great care of us, move cars all around the lot to allow us to test drive to both my wife and I. We had great conversations and she really made sure we find what we were looking for. We discovered they have a couple of great classic cars and got pictures with a DeLorean! Now we own brand new car (not the DeLorean, even though I tried!) Great location, amenities, and people.

Fantastic Customer Service. Robert Wilson was great in assisting with my automobile. My battery in my Tacoma needing to be replaced & the friendly customer service of staff picking up my automobile at my residence, taking it back to the customer service center for the battery to be replaced & a quality check of the vehicles systems was explained to me before the truck left my residence that evening. The next day my vehicle was returned in the morning before 10 am. The same quality staff was at my front door with keys in hand & the truck parked at my residence. New battery in my truck & the truck runs great... WOW. Keep up the good work.

Extremely busy Saturday morning as expected. Called about a tire warranty issue. Told me to come right over. The Customer service was the best ever. Ashley was such an amazing Service Advisor. I was kept up to date via text during the entire process. Clean facility, and they took time to put plastic bags over the steering wheel and shift knob. By far the best service experience ever. Highly recommend Toyota of Irving for service.
