I took my car for a service and was attended to by Santhosh. The expected time for the service was close to 2 hours, but with the fluid changes and new tires I could get my vehicle back in 1 hour 15 mins. The service was great.

If you want to wait 2 hours to have a basic oil change with an appointment this is the place for you. Very displeased with this service center and will not be coming back. Best to take care of the customers with appointments than to work in people without one.

My experience is always great when going to Toyota of Irving. Shawn and Ashley on the service team really do a great job informing the customers about their maintenance issues on the vehicle and also establish communication with customer and mechanic engineer on problems that may occur in the future. Awesome service provided with pick up and drop off through shuttle while I left It over night for the servicing. Manager service scheme was great providing all the oil change and extra items included in an affordable price. Though I would suggest the extra wash and body clean at the end which they do sometimes but need it every time as an complimentary.

I recently leased a Toyota Tundra and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve had (and I’ve done this many times). Jason Lynch and Mayra Vega were a pleasure to work with. Most of the deal was made over the phone so that was awesome. I basically called every dealer in the DFW area as well as Austin and Toyota of Irving was by far the most helpful in finding my 2021 Supra. They were also one of the only dealers that wasn't going to charge me at least $5,000 over sticker for the car. Which I find to be unethical. Some of the dealers were charging $10,000 over sticker for the Supra, which is outrageous. After speaking to Mayra about what Supra's they were getting the in near future I chose the car and I was kept up to date on the status of the car getting to the dealer almost every day. Betty was great in the communication after I put a down payment on the car to secure it. She notified me of a delay at the port in Houston that Toyota held my car for QC reasons. She kept in contact every step of the way to get my car and I appreciate that very much. Kudos to the whole team at Toyota of Irving! I couldn't be happier with the service that everyone at Toyota of Irving was able to provide. The only downside was the financing portion of the sale. The person I dealt with didn't have any knowledge of the Supra or how the service works for the car. I understand this is a new car for Toyota and it's not exactly a Toyota since it was engineered with BMW but they should know the process for the service of this car or be able to refer me to someone at the dealer that does know. They have been selling this car for over a year so there has to be processes in place for this. I wasn't offered any insight on this after asking a couple of different times how often they recommend service or what their two years of free service even covers. Other than that small issue, Toyota of Irving was great.

Have been here couple of times for car service. I really like the service department as all the associates handling your car would provide you with a report of things that would be helpful or nice to do things but won't push you to get it done else something horrible might happen. I have had some bad experiences with other Toyota Dealerships, but this location has been the best so far. Eva and Janeen have been handling my service appointments and they have always provide honest and candid feedback.

Of all the car buying experiences I have had, this was by far the best. From the beginning to the end of the process, it was painless. I bought my truck used and Betty was fantastic at making sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with every aspect of the vehicle. The 2 year complimentary oil change and tire rotations that come with the purchase don't hurt either! Go check them out and see for yourself. P.S. - They even have a Delorian in their showroom.

The service department, both the service rep and the mechanic who inspected my car, were super helpful, very kind, and gave me options on how to address the issue with my 2010 Prius. The service check alone, $137, is worth the price to know exactly what's going on. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I have been going to Toyota of Irving since my car was born. I own a 2009 and purchased it from there as well. And although there was a minor hiccup in a service I had on it a while back in general, it's always a pleasure to see the guys who have understood me, helped me and guided me. They have been very patient with me throughout the years and always provide me with good care. I will start that taking any car to any dealership for service and care is always costly so expect that but the minor subtractions and discounts they hold can be of help. With that said, being that they have always taken care of my vehicle so well there has been no need for major repair as of now. I also take super good care of my vehicle. You have to play smart, do your research and present it respectfully and accordingly. I have learned to be an independent car girl and thanks to Toyota of Irving- little by little- I have gained a knowledge of cars I wouldn't have. Thank you Mike Gasca, the other Mike, the manager of service who was once a service representative as well, the facilities group, Jose who always recognize me, greet me and make me feel welcome.

Had my car seeviced at Toyota of Irving this week. It was a wonderful experience. Robert Wilson was my service advisor. He did a wonderful job explaining to me that needed to be done. The store is beautiful is clean; fresh coffee and sodas free cookies and apples while you wait. When the work was completed Robert went over everything and told me my brakes were getting low and that I needed to get them replaced soon. I really appreciate him letting me know so I can fit in another service trip soon. They treat you like family at Toyota of Irving
