This is my third vehicle purchase from Toyota of Irving. As always, the dealership staff has been professional and treated me with the utmost courtesy. I reached out online inquiring about the vehicle and was immediately responded to by Mayra Vega. Ms. Vega inquired about my specific needs and patiently answered my questions and provided a quote online. When I reached the dealership, I worked with Ryan Murphy to complete the purchase process. Ryan was respectful of my time and was knowledgable about my requirements. Finally, I completed the finance process with Catalin Stegarescu who was also professional and efficient. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel my needs were prioritised despite it being the end of the month and a busier time for the dealership. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will always refer my friends and family to Toyota of Irving for their automobile needs.

Wesley Nichols was an amazing service advisor. He went the extra mile to help us in every way possible so we could get to our next appointment. I live 1 1/2 hours away but will continue to go there just to get his help. He kept us informed step by step in what was going on and what needed to be done. We love coming here because Wesley is THE BEST! Always helpful, no suggesting unnecessary repairs, and very friendly. We always try to see him! The waiting area is also very comfortable, and they always put out cookies to enjoy with complimentary light beverages. :) Have never had a bad experience here!

I normally come to this particular Toyota Servicing Center even though I reside on another side of town. I have always received good service at this center Until today. The service center rep name was Josue. Never saw him in the center before, as a matter fact, I noticed several new faces. Fast forward, I waited for about 2 hours for oil change. After being called and told my SUV was ready, I went and got in my SUV. I sat and sat and sat over 45mins. Then I became concerned because serviced trucks and cars were leaving out. I noticed Josue kept assisting in coming customers and my truck was visible. Now mind you, my keys was left in the ignition of my truck and I thought is today's service at no charge? Is this guy trying to tell me something? Finally, I called into the center and asked if there is a charge for today's service and a young female looked up my information and came with paperwork for me to sign, transaction done. Before pulling off, I called back again and Josue answered. I asked if he reset the computer to show when will the next maintenance be required. He said yes and mentioned that he apologize for me waiting so long Because he had two other customers that came in that got his attention. Just a nasty personality. Not sure what caused the rep to react in such manner because I only brought my SUV for servicing. The next time I will request my normal servicing rep. Lesson learned. Sebastian Vargas and Miguel the sales manager gave my wife and I a good car buying experience. Miguel is a very sharp guy . He knows what it takes to get you the car you need.He doesn't always play car salesman instead is actually a sympathetic human being that will sincerely help you out. Drove into the service bay, met by Kevin Fitzgerald. Told him I had a appointment, very friendly. I was there for my 5000 mile service. I also had a problem with the alignment. He printed out the alignment problem and suggested a four wheel alignment. Had it done, in and out in a hour. Always treated well when I come to this dealership, it's enjoyable Thanks Kevin

Highly recommend Toyota of Irving for service. I took my 2019 Camry in for first oil change last week. After getting in touch with Rickie from service I requested him to troubleshoot an issue with turn signal lever while they are changing the oil. Rickie and his team diagnosed the issue throughly and after oil change described the issue in detail and ordered parts.Today parts arrived so took my car back for repair. I was greeted by Kevin Fitzgerald who not only got my car fixed and out of the door before anticipated completion time he also hooked me up with a free rental so I can go about my day while they repaired my vehicle. BTW I reported the same turn signal issue to Toyota of Richardson few months back but their service department was rude and closed my service request by saying that’s how this car is made.

Do not buy car from this dealer. Their only intention are higher their selling numbers of cars. They are so sweet to sell their car they can beg you to buy a car from them but once you buy it,,,,,,, EVERYTHING CHANGE. Last week I bought new 2017 corolla LE from this dealership for the price of $17,000 drive out price. I was not intended to buy a new car but after go there. I was pushed to buy car from them. I tried to buy one day after but they want to sell right away. Alright that is salesmanship but after I finished paperwork it was almost evening and may be I was the last customer that day. I car key for my new handed over to me I asked salesperson for second key which should be together but he told me second key not available right now, they will mail it to me cause I'm from Tyler so not be able to come next day. Next morning I check glow box for owners manual and I surprised there are no owners manual or service manual. From that day I frequently calling this dealership but nobody want to take care about this issue. Even GM of this dealership not answering my emails or giving me call back for careless staff. I'm now pushing to take leave from my job and drive 200 miles back and forth from Tyler to get manual and extra key. WHAT A GOOD SAMPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE. Yo can find all complaints review taken care by lady name Delilah, tried to contact before posting this, not answering.

The worse services ever , try to buy a used car on my day Off Tuesday. I set an appointment on Monday they keep calling me and text me all day finally agree for that day I have travelled 1:20 minutes just to find out the car was sold to someone else 2 days before. Their excuse was it was a miss communication with everyone involved and what they had try to do said but I am glad you here we have more car to you instead. Very shady program excuses just to get me into the dealership. Please friends and family don’t go to this dealership of Toyota of Irving Tx . Before a I left I have try to talk to the manager and he hang off the phone on me send some else.

Dropped my car off for service yesterday and was promptly met by Assistant Service Rep, Kevin Fitzgerald, who was personable, efficient and informative throughout the entire process. I arrived back when the car was promised and once again, Kevin met me, explained all that was done and I was out the door in 2-minutes, in a nice clean car too! Kevin, thanks for the 5-star service! I had presented him with a digital coupon at check in and he even advised at check out that he had found a better one that matched my service!
