Came for my 30k service, traction control light was on fire to previous accident. Service writer told me I needed to change control arm and steering knuckle. I asked if they could show me where the damage was, get to the shop with mechanic he asks why the service writer asked to change those parts that was not part of the issue at all. Advised against changing any parts.

Service was the quickest ever. Very polite and knowledgeable young lady. Our family has three Toyota s and have always been treated and taken care of like family at Toyota of Irving. Everything about Toyota of Irving is First Class. Nothing but the Best from the Best. The Sales Manager has given us the best prices on our 2015 and 2018 vehicles. The service Manager has always took care of our needs to maintain our three Toyota s and keep them running in tip top condition. I can trust on quality workmanship for the fair price. Sandra Rodriguez was such a polite lady to work with. She stayed right on top of my work and quickly notified me of the status, my waiting was very short. My service advisor Wesley Nichols does a great job keeping me up to date on my vehicles maintenance and even goes the extra mile of educating me on these services. When I started having trouble with my cars sespention he helped me quickly identify the issue and gave me some great recommendation options. I'd most definitely recommend him he never cease to meet my expectations. Extremely friendly and understanding.

I have been going to Toyota of Irving for well over 3 years now. Great service as always. Ava has been my service person for a while now. She is great greets me as soon as I drive in and keeps me informed as to the progress of the service on my truck. Great job as always Ava. Just wish they would wash my truck when they are done servicing it. That is their only flaw.

I get fantastic service from Wesley Nichols every time I visit this dealership for 5 years since I moved back to Texas. Its more like stopping in to see a friend and I get great service and quality repair. I have never had to go back for a follow up because something seemed off or not repaired properly. Great doing business with them and you can believe even if I didn't own a Toyota I would use this dealership.

They first wanted me to leave my car for an oil change. When I refused that suggestion, it went to 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment and 3 hours without one.
A dealership that requires this much time is doing more than just a oil change. They will pull your wheels off to do a brake inspection and other items to up sell you to buy more and if you complain they just say it is part of their free multi point safety inspection for your (Their) benefit.
Dealerships do this to increase repair work when times are slow.
You can expect this time frame on a Saturday but not during the work week.
Where is the EXPRESS SERVICE they offer!
Used to be great family owned Dealership, no telling now, maybe the 3rd. generation has sold out.

Jorge notified me of a recall my vehicle needed. He then walked me through the process of ordering the part needed. He alerted me once the part had arrived, and then was patient with me as the timing found me out of state. When I returned, Jorge was easy to get ahold of, and quickly got me set up with an appointment. When I arrived, he listened to my other concerns about my vehicle, and they got everything taken care of in a timely manner, and notified me when all was complete. The staff was super friendly. They took care of us, they took the time to explain everything. They allowed us to test drive the car too without any issue.
They also worked very hard to get us the best deal possible, we started with a price and APR and after an hour the APR dropped 50%. They are the best. Totally recommendable !

Not just the service department but personally Brian, the fleet manager, Ben, the finance manager, Miguel who I signed my first two car contracts with and yesterday a new guy who name start with a C. I forgot this name but you all are superb and awesome.

Toyota of Irving has an excellent Service Department. I have been coming to their service department since 1998. I never have been disappointed. My Service Manager is Mike Gasca, who is the best. Professional, courteous and never recommends a repair unless it is necessary. Always gives good advice on servicing my car to keep in running in good condition.

Toyota of Irving was really great with changing my oil and getting my vehicle back to me in a very short period of time. However, I would recommend that in the future you could maybe spray off vehicles maybe run the vacuum over the floors just an extra way to ensure your customers that your not just shinning them up during the sale and can't when being serviced. Just a tip only because I get my other cars serviced at their dealerships and they make them feel brand new. Thank you Josue Garza!

Took my Tundra in for an oil change and my service advisor Josue informed me that I wasn't due for one yet because of the mileage (or lack there of). Although I knew this already ( I'm just real OCD about my oil) the service (65,000 mile )was preformed and I couldn't have been happier. It's just nice to come to a dealership that doesn't try to talk you into services and truly seems to have the customers best in mind. That is why I will be back.
