Tasty food but really slow and sloppy service. Why does it take an hour to serve up a burrito? They seem to struggle to manage the amount of take-away orders going out the door without compromising the service inside the restaurant.

We had a meal here last night. The Service was 1 out of 10. Moody and disorganised front of house staff. My food was nice, but my wife's food was awful. Very little attention from the waiting staff and the final blow was that they got the bill wrong. Unfortunate as we were really looking forward to this.

Last minute decision to go out to eat... so glad we chose to come here... even though it was busy and we had to wait at the bar for a few minutes for a table it was well worth the wait... service was fantastic and the food was great too... we will definitely return and recommend to others...

Tasty food, but service is slow. They also mix up orders quite often so the waiting time gets longer.
They don't take bookings, if there aren't any tables available when you show up, you can leave them your phone no. and they'll call you back when places free up. I'd recommend getting there early.

Gorgeous restaurant interior and going by the reviews was excited to try it out but the food wasn't great. My beef burrito didn't have any guacamole, and was overpowered by the beef and rice. There was a little tomato but basically was just beef and rice in a wrap. The horchata was very watery.

Been here so many time before...still my favourite place for a nice meal. The calamari was really salty today, which was surprising because it isn't usually. Still the fresh fist main was & Naga sauce was really good, as always. Definitely recommend the hotshots!
