Shocking service, i have been a customer of theirs for years yet did not expect this when i went today.
15 minutes before going a called the centre and asked about second hand tyres and the gentleman on the phone confirmed and said to me come and we will fit you and do the 4 wheel aligment. When i got there after a young chap asked me to park the car and checked the tyre sizes on my car, few yards on the right the black gentleman sitting indicated to the young chap that was serving me to say that we dont have any tyres left. Something clearly is not right this is a disgraceful service.
I no longer recomend them avoid them at all costs.

Top service. Rung and booked in 30 mins before closing, and they changed all 4 tyres for my mini cooper for £80!!!! My locking nut was missing and they went to the trouble of unlocking with a make shift one. absolutely brilliant and awesome service. In the space of 15 minutes a few cars turned up and were queuing. It gets extremely busy for a reason. Awesome!

Quick service, great price, all seemed promising at first - got some part worns and took them away unfitted as the car I was looking to put them on wasn't in London. When I took the tyres with the car to my local tyre shop they looked at the puncture repair which had been carried out and advised me the repair has been done using an inner tube patch which is not the correct way to repair it and this is not safe to go on the road and advised they would not fit them for obvious reasons. Contacted UK tyres who disagreed with comments made however were happy to take these tyres back and honour a refund which did take place. Shocking to think if I had the car in London, UK tyres would have fitted these tyres and I'd have been none the wiser till the day comes when I'm on the hard shoulder of the motorway as a result of a failed puncture repair.

On Dec 2nd 2016, I went to have a flat tyre replaced with a 2nd hand one, I only paid £20, which is great, but after a 600 mile drive to and from cornwall, I car started making a sound - The garage found that the wheel was fitted loose. basically, POOR job.
