I am really happy with the outstanding service received today. My local repairer did not got the spare tyres, so I call up the Kwik Fit Fulham store and spoke directly to the store manager Mr Ashton, very politely and kind he find a spot at the same day for me. As soon as I arrived the team welcomed me and dealt with my repairs. Very Professional Approach with the customer and more importantly with my vehicle. Equipped with the correct and expensive tools for your vehicle kwik fit deliver an outstanding superb service.

Excellent experience. Rang on a Sunday morning after we were concerned about noises coming from our brakes and just wanted to book in for one of their free brake checks. The man on the phone advised they were really busy but could squeeze us in later in the day. We drove down at the time suggested and they were rushed off their feet but saw us promptly and made sure to take the time to have a good look at our brakes and advise us - we felt really reassured that they were knowledgable and cared about their work. Very friendly and will definitely revisit when needed, thank you!

Great customer service, friendly and efficient chaps both in the workshop and front office, who went out of their way to find a solution and fix an emergency when they could have shut up shop and told me to come back. Highly recommended. Mechanics are keyworkers too - somebody give these guys a pay rise!

Engine oil light came on before 5 hour motorway trip. Stopped off, the boss came out, checked the oil, checked the light, didn’t charge and we were on our way in less than 10minutes. Great service and will use again.

Ashley was an amazing employee. He was so polite and caring, shown by the fact that he adviced me to replace my front brake pads and discs as I wasn't aware of this. 10/10 Experience will definitely come here again for the new brakes and battery.

Customer service everywhere now days is terrible! But these guys are brilliant. Took my car in with a puncture, first time they helped and didn’t charge me, second time they identified the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. Very good, very helpful.

Casey and Ashley were great. Checked all four tyres, found two faulty valves which they replaced and rebalanced / refitted 3rd tyre, spent a hour helping and were very friendly and knowledgeable, then didn’t charge me anything as valves ‘only cost a few pounds’. Was really impressed and will definitely go back (and pay next time!). Thank you, guys!

Fantastic service, thank you Ashley! Had an issue with my front wheel squealing and I use the car to work at local hospital. They sorted me out at a moment’s notice, and now the ole car is all good! I visited this particular Kwik-Fit today as had a slow puncture. I had pre arranged my appointment with Ashley.
Upon arriving earlier than expected I was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful and extremely good mannered.
He and he fellow colleagues had the wheel and all pressures fixed in no time and he even reset my dash light display which wasn’t working well.
Can thoroughly recommend this garage and staff.
Great service guys your it was very much appreciated today.

Stay away, Very rude staff. Tried to replace my leasing car tyre. one of the sfaff seems to be suffering from mental heath problem. He threat me of Leaving my wheel bolts loosed. Did not feel safe and I left the shop.

The best service I have ever had at a garage....Ashley, the centre manager is a credit to the company. He was super helpful and customer service was brilliant. He had a number of other customers to deal with and kept everyone informed of the status of their service. I was very impressed.

Went for a tyre check as my tyre light came on, they quickly rectified the problem. Had a nail on the edge of my tyre! Sadly it could not be fixed however Ashley the manager who was extremely friendly and kind gave me a good price on a matching tyre that was cheaper than when I bought it from a different place. definitely would recommend

Great service from the team here this morning. Quickly checked a suspected slow puncture, discovered it was a faulty valve; tightened it, inflated the tyre and refitted. All Withings 15 minutes. As it was a simple job they wouldn’t even take payment. Nicely done.

Outstanding service by Jimmy and Ashleigh from Kwik Fit Fulham Road - was treated like a friend and my car had a new battery (plus tyre pressure top-up and a few other things) in less than 30 minutes so I made it in time for my MOT. Cannot recommend these two enough - they are such an asset to Kwik Fit.
