Great service, I came there without an appointment after I had a puncture. Very quickly served, a new tyre was fitted and I was away in 45 minutes. Also I was given very good advice about the wear on my other tyres. A very good experience.

My vehicle required wheels alignment after changing tyres and I have chosen Kwik fit in Chelsea to perform this job. I had to go 5 times to them as my car wasn't going straight and the steering wheel wasn't aiming straight either every time after leaving from them. Such a waste of time and energy. I ended up going to Kwik fit in Hammersmith. The colleague there did a perfect job from first attempt and I left happy.

Took my car for the 'rear breaking pads' to be changed as my car screen was showing that needs to be changed. From experience (My dad) he also confirmed that its simply the pads.
Dropped the car when it was due and was told I will received a call back when its ready. Got a call back from Scott to inform me that front and rear braking pads must change and on top of that my disk is also 'damaged' which needs to be changed. They quoted me £700!
Was asked to go in to see it so they can explain, when I arrived my car was up with the front right wheel off and they started showing me that the disk is apparently damaged and both front and rear must be changed, its very dangerous and all the rest..
I simply refused the job and asked for them to put the wheel back on and I will go to another mechanic.
I drove from the garage to Draycott Avenue which is 30 seconds drive and I started to get alerts that I have flat tyre.. Of course it had to be the front right one! What a coincident, I understand that could have happened at ANY time but few seconds after leaving the garage? and the wheel that they took off?
Visited another mechanic only up the road in Fulham and the person checked all over the car and he said your disks are almost brand new, your front breaking pads ARE brand new and its simply a rear break pads that needs to be changed. £120 later and job done
Additional cost of £40 for the front tyre to be repaired, thanks to Kwik Fit!
I would recommend staying away from them as they clearly trying to force you to pay for something that doesn't need doing.

Great range of tyre's, knowledgeable staff explained everything and more. Had x2 tyre's changed, told staff it was a pot hole that caused a bubble on the tyre wall, they double checked the rim for cracks, nice to know! Also minor tracking adjustment and general visual checks carried out. All done within my lunch break.

The level of integrity at this garage is very high!
I had a flat tyre and was convinced that I had to replace it, however the staff advised me that it is a puncture that can be fixed and that this would be a far cheaper option than the service I initially thought I need.
The job was done in a very neat and timely manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone, especially to those that are not very knowledgeable about cars and vulnerable to greedy servicemen.

Nothing was too much trouble; he took the time to listen to what I had to say and to explain what needed to be done very clearly and there was no feeling of being rushed. All went well for the tyre fitting but I also asked for a Hunter wheel alignment check and the chap said he could see even wear on the old tyres so didn’t think the car needed it. I do appreciate KF not carrying out unnecessary work but now I have to go elsewhere to get this done when it wouldn’t have taken long to get it all done at the time the car was having 4 tyres changed. What’s even more interesting is that KF offered to do the alignment check at the same time!

The most dishonest tyre shop in London. Kwick Fit Sloane Avenue refused to repair my Michelin tyre with a nail at the bottom because they couldn't be bothered to cut out a little piece of acoustic foam inside the tyre. To make things worse they said the tyre is not repairable (false!) and that I needed to buy a new tyre (of course!). I left and went to another local tyre repair centre and had the tyre repaired for 10£ without any issue and I also took the opportunity to re-balance all my wheels for an extra 40£. Shame on Kwik Fit head office for letting a dishonest worker ruin the company reputation!
