I just finished the course of corporate receptionist at reception academy. Our trainer was Martin, and I can't thank him enough. The course was so well thought, I didn't want to end! So much valuable information and training in just two weeks. Martin is the kindest human being, and he cares about his students. He kept us entertained at all times, and there was not a day without laughter. After the completion, I have his full support in anything I need, which is fantastic. I attended my Reception academy course at the start of September which lasted for 3 weeks. I had an amazing experience there and met alot of great people. My trainer was Pierre who I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to be a receptionist. I managed to find a receptionist job at a 5 star hotel at the Networking event at the end of the course! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

I have attended the 3-week Hotel Receptionist course and I can absolutely assert that it has been the best choice to introduce myself in the hospitality industry. It gives you many useful and specific skills and knowledges (Opera, check-in and check-out, handle billing, making reservation) that if you have not experience in the field represent a great start. Even if it is a course you can consider it a training as the tutors use a very practical approach. I will definitively recommend it to anyone eager to become an hotel receptionist!!!

I recently finished the course about the hotel receptionist figure and I was very satisfied!
The course is very useful as it includes both theory and practical exercises in front of the desk and Opera software.
The teachers are very qualified, available and provide you with all the tools you need to actively apply for job.

Graduation for my 4 week receptionist course was just yesterday!
I enjoyed my time thoroughly and I did not even prioritize fun going into it. Learning within a small group of people and a knowledgeable teacher (dear Pierre) who brought enthusiasm to the classroom every day, while seeing myself improve made for a fantastic experience I’m actually sad to leave behind.
I do feel prepared now and can enter interviews with confidence. On graduation day we got to meet a bunch of big brand names and converse and I was pleased to hear from their previous experience with Reception Academy and that they do see value in this certificate and can tell we have a certain passion for and dedication to making a career in this field.
I cannot speak on my success yet as I’m just jumping into the job pool but I am hopeful and can only speak positively about the Academy and every member of their team!

I have just successfully completed the course as Reservation Agent and I can say that there is no better choice in the training overview sector for those who want to enter the industry as highly qualified and recognized by recruiters, further confirmation of friends of mine who have suggested to me this course, founding a work placement after a very short time they have attended it; as proof of this, my classmates themselves started the first interviews already before terminating the course.
Apart being a great business card that offers many opportunoties of choice and career, the course is really useful, interesting and strictly aimed/oriented to learning by doing guests' needs in order to convert them easily in operative procedures for the Departments involved with the PMS Opera software. Moreover I found excellent the staff's teaching method, whose I really appreciated effort, commitment, enthusiasm and great passion for the work conducted.

Reception Academy provides top quality teaching and practice both with Opera and behind the desk. In the 3 week Hotel Reception + Opera PMS Software course I learned everything I need to know to work as a receptionist. At the beginning of June 2019 I attended the 3 weeks 'Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS' course.
My main trainer has been Ramin,a lovely man and teacher who always helped us with anything we needed even after the training.
Anyway we had the chance to meet all the Reception Academy team and all of them have been amazing with us.
As soon as my CV was ready I started to apply to the kind of hotels I was looking for and in about a week I found a job.
I'm really thankful to this people because thanks to their help I now have the chance to build a new carreer.
I really recommend it to anyone who wants to start a carreer in hospitality!

I completed the course as a receptionist and it was a beautiful experience. The trainers have a lot of experience and give you the right advice for every situations. It's like a big family you're followed in all steps. You can learn both theory and practice (it's something that helps a lot). The graduation day is a special day, not only for receive your certificate but you can chat to some manager of affiliated chains and it's a great opportunity.

A fantastic experience!!! I did the Reception Academy course in December and also i did the English Hospitality course. I had the best teachers and i really enjoy learning things completely new for me.
After 4 weeks i had total knowledge about how to operate at the reception desk. Only a few weeks after finish the course i got an interview at Andaz Liverpool Street hotel and now I am a receptionist!!!!
Thank you to all the teachers and the staff for everything. I encourage to everybody that want to start a career at the hospitality industry do the course of Reception Academy. My best invest ever!!

It was an amazing experience! After the Supervision and Leadership course I have a complete new perspective on how a good supervisor/ manager should be and above all the course gave me that boost in my career I was looking for.
During the course everything is detailed and finely organised and once the course is completed they will still help you with every doubt or enquiry!
I’m already thinking to do a new course with them, maybe next year.

Reception Academy is a platform to start your career in the UK in the service industry. The trainers are very professional and helpful. They provide notes, guidance and support with extensive practical classes that develops your knowledge both theoretically and practically.
I took the class of May 2017 and happy to say as desired, I found my place to start. I count myself a lucky one to get the chance to attend the class from three of the trainers, Ramin, Pierre and Daniel, who all were fabulous and wonderful. They are very helpful and I am thankful to them. Ofcourse Valeria, is the beauty of that Academy. She is very supportive. You can go for a chat with her during your break :)

I attended the PMS Software Reservation Agent course. I am satisfied with what I learned. Although I first thought that there was too much time to learn what we had to learn, I soon found out that a reservation agent has a lot to know and I think that one month was probably the optimal time to learn it.
The only thing I would add is that there should maybe be a manual available that would explain important tasks, concepts and their purpose.
The staff is very polite, accomodating and professional. The offices are equipped with everything that's needed - computers, PMS software and drinks.
All in all, I am glad that I took this course and I am confident that it will be a great addition to my CV.

I had taken the Hotel Receptionist and Opera V5 4 week course at Reception Academy in February. It was one of the best decisions I made!
Before even starting the course, Daniel, the Director of Training was already providing me with sound and practical advice.
I was fortunate enough to have been taught by him and two other trainers trainers, Ramin and Pierre. Their optimism, enthusiasm and passion for the Hotel Industry is portrayed exceptionally in the way they teach their classes. They are also supportive and make every effort to make sure that you understand what is being discussed in lesson.
The course is very insightful and informative. Not only that, their approach is clever yet constructive. I really liked the classroom environment as I got to meet and work with a handful of eclectic people that really added to the enjoyable experience of the course.
The job prospects for a Reception Academy student for this course are amazing. Even before the course finished and graduation, I had received interview requests. In under 10 days of finishing the course, I was able to secure a job with a flourishing and innovative hotel group.
If you haven't already enrolled and seeking to start a career in the Hotel Industry, I highly recommend taking this course!

Joining this course has been the best choice I have ever made in my Life.It helped me a lot to understand the procedures and the standards in the most important hotels and brands in the world.It gave me a new concept of hospitality, a great knowledge and a lot of practice.Not to mention that I met a fantastic group of friends there !!!! I joined Reception Academy’s Corporate Receptionist & Visitor Management Software 2 Week Course in May 2018 and it exceeded expectations. I was soon impressed by the proficiency and professionalism of our trainers Ramin, Martin and Daniel, who went the extra mile to support me and my course-mates. Not only did provide with us a fantastic range of resources, but lessons were also relevant, interactive and carefully planned. The course is really good value for money.
What impressed me the most about the training was the emphasis in striving for both excellence and integrity. I recommend everyone to do this course, as long as you are determinate to change your career. The teacher gives you a really nice experience and some support any day. I'm very pleased I done the Hospitality English course 2 weeks and Hotel Receptionist & Opera V5, 4 week course. My teacher was Ramin I want tell him " A Big Thanks ", for everything. The course was well structured and easy to learn, very helpful to became Good Receptionist. Mr Semsar was very patient and explained in detail any aspects of the theme, he gave us many tips and examples from his past in Hospitality. Thank you a lot !
