JUST it has been nothing but helpful, they set up the interviews with employers, help you prepare for the interview and they even go through some interview questions ahead of time. Just IT staff are always available to answer any questions you may have about the apprenticeships, from my personal experience with Shannon Thompson, Prince Aidoo and Paul Crisp they have been able to answer any and all I have had for them.

Just IT is a fantastic service to sign up for if you are in need of starting your career in IT, as a team, I have had a great experience with two individuals ( Prince Aidoo & James Fenton ), whose efforts to find me an apprenticeship was flawless, after finding me great opportunities, time and time again and with every time I was unable to get the apprenticeship, the grind never ceased to expire and they kept at it until I was successful in the end. In conclusion, I would highly recommend both Just IT and the dynamic duo, Prince and James to anyone who is clueless about how or who to go to for an IT apprenticeship. I've been in touch with 2 different staff from Just IT over the past few weeks regarding an apprenticeship application and have been really satisfied with the outcome and how they both handled my application.
Abdir and Konstantin have both helped to guide me through every step of my application. It was always a pleasure to speak with them both and they were always ready to help with any queries and issues I had along the way as well as going the extra mile to prepare me for my interviews.
I will be getting placed in my apprenticeship in the weeks to come and really can't think of a bad thing to say about the experience.

This company doesn’t respond at all. They just disregard you. I mean, if they’re not going to communicate effectively with the new members who just joined either for apprenticeship or training then do you think this company will be there for you and communicate with you effectively after you sign up? I highly doubt it. Communication is the most essential thing when it comes to apprenticeship or training, it’s unfortunate that they don’t have that. For that reason I will pass this one and I’m no longer interested their apprenticeship and their training. They’re just in for the money and once they took it, they will scram. You will never hear from them or to guide you ever again, which I find it derogatory. Choose your trainer wisely people and do your due diligence!

Currently still a student of the online course. With support and advice from team members I have passed both CompTIA A+ Exams and working my way towards my Win10 MD-100 exam.
The recruitment team have give me helpful advice on how to impress potential employees as well alerted to any job opportunities that they believe I am capable of.
The overall course is worth it if you believe you want a career in IT.

Did the program (IT support), got a job. But I would not credit JustIT with that, not at all. They expect you to do all the courses in 2 years (CompTia A+, MD-100, Server, Cisco) which can be done, but realistically many people don't. Their claim of a 'Job guarantee' is not a true one at all but they keep using that jargon. It's a job guarantee so long as you do A, B, C etc. You must complete everything in 2 years max.
Their advisers can be very condescending and even insulting to you. They would call it 'encouragement' but for a £5k+ course, you expect a lot more respect. They won't start with getting you ready for interviews until you pass the CompTia certification. As it's a business, they focus on those they know would do well in interviews so people do get left behind. Promising that anybody can get into IT support, but I've been in working in IT for 2+ years, so I can say that you do need to have some passion knowledge for IT. As my IT manager says "Even I can't turn someone from zero to hero. I expect them to know something" .
The volunteer place they place you in expose you to some IT experience, but that's down to what you put into it and where you are placed. Bear in mind, the volunteer places are independent of JustIT and you will probably end up learning more there than what JustIT could ever teach you. I certainly did and I later learned that I could have easily found the volunteer option without paying an obscene amount of money. There are volunteers there who found a placement and did not have to pay a penny by joining JustIT. They laughed when finding out how much I paid.
On the plus side, their recruitment team are very good and do find many jobs for people. One adviser was honest enough to say that only 50% of people would find jobs. Granted, some of the students don't put in enough effort, but would you want to risk being one of those 50%, especially one left with a debt to pay? The advisers want to flip you quickly and get you off their caseload. The program to learn everything takes 13 weeks. Everything is crammed in, which is only good if you can handle it.
There are other groups like JustIT who do these kinds of job placements far cheaper than JustIT, so look around. I have known people who have not completed the course but get tricked into coming in under the pretence of sigining something, only to find that they need to sign a direct debit because they have a debt to pay after the student has taken a loan to pay for the course. Whatever you do, unless you can pay for the course outright, DO NOT pay in instalments or take a loan with these people. It around £5k.
People have found jobs through JustIT, but you do have to put in the work and have the money to pay. You could find something cheaper with Google alone. You can just do the certifications and save a lot of money and look up interview questions on the internet.
Do I regret doing the course? No, I needed to do something to get a job. Would I recommend JustIT? No. It is just too expensive. Don't believe me? Ask them how much it is and how many people are successful in finding jobs.

One of the few companies that will "get your foot in the door" of the IT industry. I would highly recommend any one trying to achieve greater heights in the world of IT.
I can't stress enough how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff, lecturers and work coaches are. Even after issues occured during my training, they accounted for the issues and adapted in a way that made it better for me.
Training is very informative and indepth, even for the tech savvy individuals. You will be learning something from this course as long as you try.
They also have a recruitment team to help you find a role after training. As mentioned above, they are incredibly helpful and friendly too. They did not make me feel like I was left on my own once all was said and done.

I was funded an apprenticeship by Just IT and I was appalled by the service I got given. My employer didn't extend my contract and nobody from Just IT contacted me regarding this. I had to keep chasing them and still got no where. Also they helped my employer get another Apprenticeship whilst knowing about my situation and did nothing to help. I haven't been able to complete my apprenticeship and no other training provider would take me on because my 15 months have come to an end. Highly would not recommend.

From when I was first in contact with them they have been sure to stay in constant communication with me the whole time, and constantly finding roles and positions I was interested in. Even through uncertain times of COVID-19.
The main person I was in contact with was Danny Placinta who was easy to talk with, and would contact me for roles I could be interested in.
Daniel Elmes handled a couple of the roles I was put forward for, and even the job I was offered in the end. He is very friendly and real, a great person to talk to on the phone.
They were very friendly, gave good advice for the interviews and helped with feedback.

I've been with JustIT for over 2 years and they have always been excellent. I would say the Staff at JustIT is what sets them above all other recruiters. They genuinely care about you and your progression, and not just in it for profit. I've made so many good connections from my time at JustIT and in fact still keep in contact with some of the people there.

I have been searching for apprenticeships as a lvl 4 Software Developer since before Christmas, and have signed up with 4 other Apprentice recruiters across London. The recruiter that showed by far that most results via speed in communication and successfull company pairing, has been JustIT.
It started off well, with incredible assistance given from Prince as my documents were processed and my portfolio built. He has always been informative, and straightforward with what to expect, and most importantly never giving away empty promises.
Once I was successfully screened through and passed onto one of the senior Account managers, Bruce, I immediately had an interview lined up. And was prepped with great advice on how to behave and present myself during the 2 following interviews. The checkups on my progress in preperation helped calm my nerves and focus on the task at hand.
Amazingly, just 3 days after the intitial interview, I was given a final interview and then accepted!!!
The speed of the whole process blew me away. What especially helped was how easy it was to get a hold of both Prince and Bruce, and ask quesitons or get advice.
Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences with other recruiters where my application was either lost in the inbox, ignored, or their offices were near impossible to get a hold of. Meaning I was waisting time all the while great opportunities were dripping away, always out of reach.
The whole process was made extremely easy and straightforward. With all the legal information out of the way I'm on track to start my career in 1 week's time of that first interview!
