If you want to start a career working in hospitality, Reception Academy is HIGHLY recommendable. The course is intensive but very complete, your learn how to work in a reception and after one month you feel completely confident to work in a hotel. I was working while I was doing the course and I didn't have any problem to swap my session, so I could attend to the other classes and I can say that all the trainers are GREAT, they explain everything very clear and they are supporting you all the time. I did Ospitality English Language Course (2 weeks) at Reception Academy. It was an amazing experience in a really professional and friendly environment. I completed Hotel Receptionist course almost two weeks ago and I have only felt sorry I did not started it earlier, as I learned about it since 2013. I was lucky to study with Pierre who is exceptional and very professional and I learned a lot from him.I also met Ramin and Valeria who are friendly and helpful. Thank you all for patience and guidance. Three days after graduation I received two job offers from two well known hotels. I highly recommend this course for anybody who looks to start their career in hospitality. The Reception Academy is recognized and highly appreciated by all important hotels in London and not only.Lesson Learned: Never compare yourself with others! You are unique! This course is perfect if you want to start your career in the hotel industry! Attending the Hotel Receptionist & Opera V5 course at Reception Academy was definitely the best thing I have ever done, I am so glad that I did it! I could not fault the course in any way. All the staff were so lovely and are all so passionate about helping each individual pursue their careers in hospitality. My trainer, Ramin, was fantastic! He was so friendly and made the sessions very fun. All the trainers have a lot of experience in the hotel industry so they are very knowledgeable. There is a lot to learn but Ramin taught us so clearly and ensured everyone understood everything. Another great thing about the course is that you meet a lot of people who are also passionate about starting their careers in the hotel industry. I have met so many great people from many different countries. Reception Academy has contacts with so many amazing hotels. After graduating on the 29th Jan, I received many phone calls to attend interviews. Today I accepted a job in a hotel that I really liked. Without Reception Academy it would not have been possible!

Am I right?! Well, if you truly want to start a career as a receptionist don't waist your time asking yourself is this worth it or not? "Hotel receptionist and Opera software" is the best course i've attended so far, if your goal is to learn how to become not just a good hotel receptionist but an exceptional receptionist you are on the right way! Sadly I have only 7 days left before finishing this experience, but at the same time I just can't wait to put everything in practice in a real life Hotel. If one day you'll decide to join the Academy ask about Ramin, it's a Top Class trainer and he'll exceed your expectations every day! Attending Reception Academy's hotel receptionist and Opera 4-week course has been one of the most outstanding experiences of my life. Right from the first day I enjoyed the course and could feel that the others enjoyed it too. My coming into Reception Academy from day to day was enough to give me a feeling of professionalism and comradeship. Working in the group couldn't have been more fun, and even if a task was harder than we initially thought, we always had our enthusiastic, helpful, and endlessly patient trainer, Ramin Semsar, to guide us. Hello Everybody, it matters a lot to me sharing my experience with my collegues and trainers and with whoever wishes to join Reception Academy and need a sort of advice or proof of Reception Academy professionality and reliability. The course far outshone my expectations, really well paced with a good balance of class and exercises. First of all a huge thank you goes to Ramin, who has been a fantastic and truly inspirational trainer. Always energetic and passionate about all the material, Ramin made me feel at ease, his delivery is clear, competent, efficient and to the point. He knows when to lift the group with humour,and he knows when the focus has to change. His experience gave me a very direct understanding of the hotel industry and where my future career in hospitality may lead me. He has, beyond doubt, provided me all the support I needed to strengthen my aspirations and to guide me towards that delicate process of embarking on a new career. This course has really helped me understand the new step I wanted to make in my job progression in order to fullfil my personal and professional development. It is well organised and focused on a realistic method that teach you the skills needed in a job environment. Theory is covered the first 2 weeks, and then practise takes over to sharpen the student abilities and to make them become more and more confident with the reception tasks. It is a very intense course that absolutely prepares students for a real life job opportunity. I would also like to stress the interview process explanation. I personally found this part of the course enormously useful. I felt undoubtedly well prepared and equipped to deal with the job hunting and the interview process that happened after graduation day. You really have all the tools to reply in a smart and professional manner to the interview questions, to make courageous and fearless conversations with potential employers, to demonstrate confidence and to make informed and positive decisions. After only 10 days from graduation I've found employment in a very prestigious property, one of the Hotels I really wanted to be part of and I'm beyond happy and thrilled. For those who are thinking to join Reception Academy I would say do it! If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, if you want to boost your skills or simply are looking for taking on a new challenge do it! I personally assure you will not regret this opportunity. It will worth all the time invested and all the money till the last penny. My only advice to anybody doing it in the future would be to go in with an open mind, be prepared to listen and get stuck in! You will not be the same person after, and you will never look at the work environment with the same attitude because it's a life changing experience. A proven course!! I completed my course on 26th Feb this year after a fantastic 4 weeks of written and practical learning and practice. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Ramin both for 2 weeks each and can safely say they were brilliant at their job. Everything we needed to know we were taught, and both always made sure that if we had questions we asked them! Through this course I've been trained in a 5 star brand way to become an exceptional receptionist and can honestly say that I'm ready for the challenge. As for a future afterwards; I was incredibly lucky to be offered a job on the day of graduation which I accepted. Apart from that I managed to secure many business cards and had a few interviews already booked. The opportunities were right in front of me and it was down to me to take them. Reception Academy is a proven establishment in training you and giving you opportunities at a future job. I had terrible difficulties to get any other job than waitressing. I decided to take up the receptionist course in Reception Academy with teacher Ramin. Since I was travelling from Portsmouth they were very flexible and helpful for me, not only money focused like some other schools. During sessions I could genuinely feel Ramin wanted to best for us and get most of it. I have learnt a lot during receptionist course and it affected my job hunting enormously. After 10 months of working as a receptionist I got promoted. Thank you Reception Academy!

If you want to start a career working in hospitality, the best choice is Reception Academy! I have completed the 4 week course on 29th January, and now I am working as a Reservations Agent. The course was very interactive, and thanks to Ramin, who was my trainer, I have learnt a lot of useful things; he always gave us a lot of examples from real situations to understand better our future responsabilities.
