Don't be fooled by the menu. These look like all day breakfast snacks but they are very fulling amazingly tasty full meals. Delicious grub, relaxed atmosphere sensible prices xx

It was very busy when I arrived. Get me a table immediately. Food was absolutely delicious, the portion is amazing. I could not even finish it. Frankie my server was brilliant, very friendly and kind. Even though it was very busy she had a few words with everyone. Excellent experience, definitely coming back. ????

It's good for value in terms of the quantity, but the consistency in taste of all the items is average. Sadly the staff is also a little too busy to make customers feel heard!

Our waitress was very attentive. Breakfast pancakes were gorgeous. Half a portion would have suited all of us bar one person who managed to eat the full plate. Will definitely visit again and soon.

Disappointing visit....the staff need to listen to their customers.....had I got the sandwich that I asked for first instead of an awful roll and had they listened to the coffee request it would have been a better review. I cannot fault the young man who tried to correct my breakfast issues.

Very cozy place and the menu is full of delicious options. If I could, I’ll would eat everything but, it would be impossible anyway. The dishes are all well served, very generous.
The only negative point is the long attendance. If you go in a Saturday morning, probably you’ll wait outside for a long time before to get a table, which is not a good idea, mainly in a cold and windy city as Brighton. Apart this, the service after is very quick and the staff very friendly.

Had a really disappointing experience here this week. Came in around 9:30am with a small group and it took around 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Food took just as long to arrive and it was OK. The menu is OK for vegetarians but fairly pricey for breakfast - £5 for porridge with toppings seems a bit excessive (that being said toppings are generous). A redeeming factor is that our server was lovely - but I felt bad that they were clearly rushed off their feet. Was also surprised to see they didn't offer pastries...

The pancakes come in ridiculously large portions so I would suggest asking for a kids portion which is half the price. Also they never give enough syrup so make sure you ask for an extra pot. I got the disco fries the second time I went which were tasty but they forgot to put the cheese on, and the rest of my group (7 people) weren't happy with their orders. The best thing about this place is the decor (however the music is a bit too loud to be able to hear what other people are saying!) and the big breakfast smoothie - which was really delicious.

Philly Cheese Burger and disco fries were just what I needed after a night out. Food took a while but I was served by Mary M who was very friendly who catered to our every need. Would definitely go back to to great food and lovely staff????????????????

Chilled out place for breakfast. Food plentiful although the staff didn't quite cook the sausages as requested. Coffee latte good taste but not hot enough, European temperature I guess! Quick efficient service and staff pleasant and attentive.

The food was not bad and the service was nice. It ha a lot of disgusting and fat customers. Because they’re so “LGBTQ+...” friendly there were also a lot of wierdows creeping around + the floor was dirty (for example sausages were lying around)

Absolutely fabulous food, in very large portions! There is usually a queue, however there is a quick turnaround, and the staff are super friendly and helpful too! All round amazing experience! One of the best American breakfast diners I've been to! Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. Doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't, just proper good, laid back good food.
Good portion sizes (be surprised anyone leaves here not feeling full!) Often with places like this, you can get what you pay for and sometimes even less, but in this case it was very much value for money.
Service was decent, and pretty quick considering how full it was on a Friday lunchtime. There was a bit of a wait for anyone to acknowledge us when we arrived, but it was more due to busyness than anything else I think. Would highly recommend a visit here!

Not impressed. Had a 20 minute wait in a virtual queue which was fine and actually worked really well. Really friendly on the door too. Very busy atmospheric place so initial impressions were good.
Shown to our table which was covered in crumbs and bits of food from the last occupants.
Had a bit of a wait for our order to be taken but it was really busy so was to be expected - no complaints there.
Waitress didn't know exactly what was included in one of the main breakfast dishes and had a bit of a surly/stressed attitude which wasn't great.
Food arrived and one of the breakfasts (a veggie one) was lukewarm with one of the eggs actually being cold. No sign of any waiting staff to complain to and we knew full well that it would have taken ages to resolve so just left half of it.
Waited ages for our bill (and table to be cleared) and again, no sign of the waitress. We had a deadline to check out of our hotel so went up to the counter to settle our bill. Our waitress was there and told us to sit back down and she'd be over soon. Explained that we had a deadline to checkout and she just carried on doing what she was doing - again with an unhelpful attitude. Another waitress said she could sort out the bill for us (with a friendly smile on her face). All resolved in a matter of seconds.
Personally, I won't be going back here but we may just have been unlucky with a stressed waitress and a busy kitchen but for me, if the food and service are poor then there's not much going for the place.
Definitely disappointed and not what we'd hoped for.
Sorry for the negative feedback but I'm just being honest about our experience.

Much less hectic than the London versions, but still very busy. A good selection of food and drink for breakfast, the posh sausage sandwich was very good. The home style potatoes are delicious! Food and drink is quite expensive, but tasty and fresh. Staff are usually very friendly

Not great. Had an overall grubby feel, the ledge next to me was covered in a thick layer of dust. We were brought two glasses of water and one glass had lipstick marks. Fork still had food on it. Bathrooms not clean. Ordered what I thought was a simple dish, scrambled eggs on toast. It was overcooked on the inside and undercooked on the outside. Bland, stale toast and no butter. Eggs not seasoned. Overpriced for what you get. Never again. Go to a local cafe where service and food is 10x better.

I had the all American which was good. I substituted the potatoes for avocado. They served the pancakes with real maple syrup which was nice. The streaky bacon was perfectly crispy and crunchy. The only thing that let it down were that the pancakes which were a bit dry and crumbly.
Venue is nice, staff are friendly and it had a great relaxed atmosphere.
